Awful! Be very careful if you choose this dealership. First they snuck a $ 2500 warranty charge into our loan. They didn’t disclose that it wasn’t free, so shame on us for not catching it in time. But on top of it, the care needed a tune up right away and go figure, its not covered in the warranty! Would never recommend them to anyone!!!

I had no intention of leaving a review for Wiz Autos but now that I’m in the market again they’ve popped up on my radar and reminded me of the foul taste they left behind.
I purchased a used vehicle January of 09′. Several components that were promised fixed, were never fixed (small issues like radio knobs and buttons). Driving home (which was over 2 hours) I began getting error messages on the dashboard. WHAT THE HELL. The pricks at Wiz Autos cleared out the error codes in order for me not to see them until hours later. And finally, once I returned home, I was pulled over by the police. «Why?» you may ask, well the crap sales management at Wiz Autos decided it was a great idea to alter temporary plates on my vehicle. The police noticed that there were expiration dates changed on the temp plates and immediately arrested me. Luckily for me, I had all the documentation in the glove compartment box BECAUSE I JUST CAME FROM THE DEALERSHIP and the released me and told me to go after the dealership.
I came out of this whole situation a lot more aware and cautious about dealerships and the whole process. Never would I recommend Wiz Autos. Beware of what you purchase from these clowns.

I bought a car back in April of 2014 and they were suppose to order dials for my radio a visor over the driver side and new mats. I’ve received none of the above after endless phone calls and begging for them to send me the visor bc I have learned it’s illegal to sell a car without a visor. Also the night I picked up the car I discovered that the side mirror on the driver side fell off and instead of informing me of there accident they literally put duct tape on it. The car has been nothing but trouble and Gabe the sales associate is the worse human being I’ve met.

Such a pleasant surprise! I had low expectations of a used car dealership because some of the ones in the area have bad cars and laughable sales tactics. Not the case here! They had a nice selection of higher end import and domestic cars, and the 3 I test drove all felt great and had clean records. I got a great price on a BMW SUV that had been babied by a dealership for all of its car life and I could not be happier. The guys here are above-​board and though I came in with a 22K budget I actually ended up with a car for 16.5, and there was no pressure to upsell me. (The $ 1K price difference other reviewers mention reflects a trade-​in minimum and they are very transparent about this.) They finance through Chase and are totally a legit operation. Shout out to Jared and Ralph!

Had the best car buying experience ever. Jared was amazing at helping us find the SUV that we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and well versed in all sorts of vehicles. He took care of all the details and made sure that we knew everything that we needed for the vehicle and the purchase. I highly recommend Wiz Leasing and would buy from them again.

BAIT AND SWITCH
I have been to this dealer twice and both times I left angry and disappointed because it was a bait and switch each time. They advertise the price of the car and then when you arrive it’s $ 1000 more, very sketchy. The first time I went they appraised my car for one price and said if I got a few things fixed they would give me a higher price. I came back a few weeks later with more than what was needed fixed and they appraised my car at an even LOWER price than they originally looked at it. I called specifically before traveling 2 HOURS up to the dealership to talk about if it was possible to get the car I wanted in my price range with my trade in. I was told «absolutely, no problem, we can definitely get you to that price». The value of my trade in they offered me was insulting and thousands lower than every other place I had been to. They then raised the price of the car by at least $ 1000 than what was advertised online. They said there was nothing they could do even though the monthly payment was well over $ 100 more a month than what was discussed on the phone.
This is clearly a bait and switch and was a complete waste of my time and money. Obviously I’m even more upset that I drove 2 hours each way to go to this dealer. Then left empty handed after being deceived about the price of the car and my trade in value after I called specifically about it before going all the way there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

A couple months ago, I bought a $ 19k Suburban from them and it broke down two weeks and less than 500 miles later! First a bunch of warning lights came on, then the transmission started shifting really rough from first to second and the car was idling really hard and heavy, and finally blue smoke started coming out the exhaust. Turns out it needed a new engine, which cost me $ 7,000, not to mention almost a thousand on a rental card, and lost time from work.
I’ve contacted them and the BBB numerous times and they refuse to do anything. Pieces of crap. I work hard for my money and they just steal it in one swoop.

Hey Lunar… sorry to say but I do not work for Wiz Leasing and we bought a great Honda from them. Jared was a great guy and you shouldn’t make assumptions and think it’s a review from the dealer.

Terrible service. The guys were only friendly when they thought i was going to be approved for a loan. Their attitude completely changed when I wasn’t, and to top everything off they had me put down money to hold the car for me which has been nothing but an absolute hassle for me to get refunded back into my account. They do not keep up with maintenance on their vehicles, the first car they showed me did not even want to start because of the battery (which the salesman tried to play off as though the car just hadn’t been started in a while). Not sure who it was that left the first two reviews but I have a feeling they did not go to the same «Wiz Leasing» I did, or its their own staff leaving reviews (at least the second review must be). Staff member Ralph is very rude and has terrible customer service skills…

I feel compelled to share my positive experience with Wiz Leasing, specifically Gabe. I saw, test drove, purchased, registered, and financed my vehicle in a matter of hours. I received a vehicle that was priced very fair from a man who I felt I could trust. Gabe was certainly a «no gimmicks» sales guy and was available throughout the day for follow-​up questions and did not pressure me at all. I feel this is relevant to anyone who has ever walked into a dealership and was hassled incessantly about a decision that should be carefully considered rather than on impulse. Thank you Gabe and Wiz Leasing, I love the car.
