Meet the Manager

Max R.

Manager

Max L. Rosenberg, is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and Columbia University. He represents clients in all phases of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience with consumer protection, criminal, family, real estate, and employment law.

He was recently featured in Connecticut Attorney magazine with a centerfold spread on Bankruptcy and has been interviewed on Fox News and the New York Times and Connecticut Post. Rosenberg and Press has won Best Law Firm of the year for the past three years in the Voters Choice of Fairfield County Weekly, (The Advocate) and Max was recently bestowed the honor of Super Lawyer with the National Super Lawyer magazine.

While practicing in New York, Attorney Rosenberg mediated disputes at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Attorney Rosenberg was also an instructor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and used to perform as a stand up comic in several of the New York circuits.
