If I could give them a zero, I would! I bought an LG dryer from them in 2006, and five years later, it broke. I called them, since no dryer should break in such a short time. Every dryer I’ve owned has lasted 15 plus years. They referred me to a repair place called A&E which is by far the worst repair service in the country. Complaints all over the internet. My fault for trusting Mudricks. The elderly man who came out did not know the first thing about repairs. He came back 13 times, simply because A&E had no one else to send except one other loser who said he wouldn’t touch anything that«Phil» had tried to repair. This«Phil» left all his tools at my house the first time, and I called the company to tell them. He wasn’t the least bit grateful and didn’t remember he even left them. The next time he came, he took the machine apart and couldn’t remember how to put it back together and wanted to leave it that way until the part(thermostat) came. I called Mudricks to complain and they were rude and arrogant saying that it might be the vent. They never installed a vent when they put the dryer in. They left the old one… no one does that. Since I’ve been trying to get someone to install a new dryer, the first thing they say is that they want to install their own vent and get rid of whatever I have even if it was new. Finally I called LG directly, which I should have done in the first place. The repairman said it was beyond repair and would cost more than a new one to fix, because this«Phil» had cut all the wires(must have been the time he told me I shouldn’t use a dryer and should just let my clothes dry in a closet or I should use a blow dryer)! Mudricks would not accept responsibility for their referral, for the sale of a faulty machine, nor did they offer to replace it. Then they had the absolute audacity to say they don’t refer people to A&E after they did indeed! They were downright lying. Don’t buy from them as they are truly dishonest and will scam you.
