Absolute Termite & Pest Control

I had used this company in 2011 for a termite treatment. The 2 year expiration date passed, so I called again about getting service from them again. The woman who answered the phone said she couldn’t help me, it wasn’t her account and told me someone would call me in a couple of hours. I told her I need someone to call me that afternoon. She assured me that I would be contacted.
Of course, I waited all afternoon, even called the company back myself to get an answering machine. Finally get a call the next morning. I told them I already found someone else. The woman handling my account snottily told me that she didn’t get to pull my paperwork until after 5:30pm.
A good customer service person would have at least made some kind of contact with me in the afternoon as promised, at least to let me know she/​he hadn’t yet had time to pull the paperwork, but was at least working on it.
Not impressed at all by this business, nor the tone of the person supposedly handling my account.
Called another pest control business that got right back with me, and am giving them my money.
With so much competition out there, I don’t know why business managers allow this sort of thing to happen.
