Infinite Automotive

My husband and I regretfully purchased a pre-​owned vehicle at Infinite Auto of Stow. We were not given a complete or honest assessment of the vehicle’s condition. When the vehicle initially failed inspection, Dennis made some repairs and then took the vehicle in for inspection himself. We assume he brought it to a friend or acquaintance who passed it as a favor or was paid extra to pass it. We believe this because we had to bring it in for multiple repairs in the first few months of ownership and were informed by two different mechanics that it would not pass another inspection without many additional necessary repairs which would cost multiple thousands of dollars. We tried reaching out to Dennis multiple times to ask if we could sell it back to him, and while it would have been his right not to buy it back, he didn’t even give us the courtesy of a response. Long story short, we needed to trade it in for less than half of what we paid for it and buy a replacement vehicle only six months after purchasing it. This entire transaction left us feeling deceived and manipulated. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle here.
