From the time I stepped into the door the entire staff was kind and very helpful. They let me know what was going to take place, what to expect and told me how long it would take. The person giving the MRI was professional and made the experience go by seamlessly.
…and they were considerably cheaper than many other labs in the area.

The tech acted offended when I asked her to please wear gloves if she needed to touch my unhealed ear piercings, or any of my other piercings. [This, after I told her that my jewelry was made of glass, and wouldn’t be a problem during my MRI, so she reached out, without telling me first, and grabbed my ear. Apparently she has a gift for being able to detect metal (or lies) with her bare, un-​gloved hands. I told her I felt violated.]
Her response was that her hands were «clean.»
My ear piercings are large-​ish gauge, and were only done about 6 weeks ago. They still kind of… seep a little. And she grabbed them with her bare hands. Gross.
She had no way of knowing they were not yet healed. Still, gross.
