History

Established in 2013.

President’s Livery Service was started one summer night when I decided that driving a yellow cab was not the way I wanted to provide a quality service for paying customers. I liked driving and meeting new people but didn’t care too much for the company I was working for at the time due to the lack of professionalism I had witnessed from upper management on down to the drivers. That summer night is when President’s Livery Service was conceived. I quit my job that night and started doing research on the limousine business. Approximately one week later President’s Livery Service was born.

What a great experience using this service. I have traveled with President’s Livery on two separate occasions with different drivers. Both were absolutely professional and courteous, and the vehicles were clean and modern with a smooth ride. Cannot recommend enough!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a round trip limo ride into Logan for my family of five through Groupon. What I thought was $ 155. Ended up being $ 258. After tax, tolls, and a required 75.00 tip! But that’s not the worst of it… My pickup was at 4:30 am so the driver calls us at 3:30 to confirm my address! Thanks for the wake up call?! The driver shows up in a SMALL SUV which barely fit all five of us with our luggage. I arranged this service through emails… the one phone call I got from them the call was dropped so I called them back and the guy laughed and said oh sorry your calling me back in the Caribbean… I’m on vacation… Really? (I had already paid at this point or I would of cancelled). I booked my return pickup for Sunday 1⁄18 at midnight… they showed up Sat. night for the pick up because technically 12:01 is the 18th even though I said Sunday! So now we have no ride home and they refused to pick us up unless we pay them again for the service! We ended up taking a cab home! I know this sounds unreal… but beware… this guy should go back to driving a cab because he’s rude, unprofessional, and could of cared less that we were stranded at Logan because we had already prepaid!
There are plenty of other limo services on Groupon… try someone else!

Had a great night with Charles driving us to Abe and Louie’s for dinner before the Tom Petty concert at Fenway Park. We were able to enjoy adult beverage portion of the evening and depend on Charles to get us home safely. We will use this service again.

This is a great company! The car we had was clean an odor free. Harry was kind, patient and caring. He ensured that the car was a proper temperature and that everyone was comfortable. He was engaging, polite and informative.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a ride. It beats a rude, unknown cab driver any day!
Use them. You won’t regret it.

Four of us had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield to take us back to Boston. The driver picked us up in a private lot set aside from drivers for hire. He was prompt, patient and was very easy to talk to. The price was right as well. Would definitely use these guys again!

Wow! That’s all I can say. I contacted Presidents livery after contacting every livery service in the boston and south shore area. After getting swindled and treated poorly Presidents treated me with respect and great customer service. I used Presidents for my wedding our needs were not great but the vehicle, customer service and amazing driver made is top notch! Harry Roulet needs a promotion. He was great. He made my wife to be at ease before the wedding and was respectful and a consummate professional. Thank you for the great service. We will always use Presidents livery service going forward!

We used Presidents to bring us to a concert at Fenway Park. The driver Charles showed up in a beautiful Lincoln. He was very courteous, professional, and polite. He really made our experience very pleasant and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and I will definitely use him in the future.
