Paws Club

Been bringing my pug here for a few years during our vacations. Just picked her up the other day and she has kennel cough. she has all her shots. all up to date… very disappointed with them and they did not even let me know she had it. one dog gets it and they all will get it… Paws Club has to do their job in protecting all our dogs…

Don’t waste your time or your dog’s time with these people. Took my 2 dogs for an orientation day. I dropped them off in the morning, and then returned later in the afternoon to get them. I saw them in the outdoor play area at the end of the yard, sitting all by themselves, while about 10 other dogs were running around and playing. I thought this was very strange, since my dogs are very social and love to play with others. I questioned a staff member about it and was told, «oh, they are probably just tired from playing.». When we got home, my younger dog would not get out of the car on his own (not like him). I picked him up and he screamed in pain. I took him immediately to the vet. He had a 4 inch bruise on his left side, but nothing broken. I called Paws Club twice, got the answering machine both times, and both times I left messages asking them to call me and explain what happened. I also sent several emails. I received no response whatsoever. I understand that dogs can play a little rough, but if the supervision is as good as they claim it is, someone there should have known something happened and informed me, or at the very least returned my calls and emails. For the safety of your pet, and excellent customer service, use Best Friends instead!

I have been taking my Lab Mix to Paws Club for just under 4 years and have not one complaint… we love Paws Club! We try and send her between 3 and 4 times a week (at $ 20 per visit, it is a bargain and the cheapest place you will find in the area!)
The staff are extremely helpful and really take an active interest in getting to know each dog and their individual personality. My dog starts whining to get out of the car as soon as we pull up in front, which always makes me feel good to know it is one of her favorite places.
I literally could go on and on about why we love Paws Club, but seriously it is probably one of the best decisions we ever made to send our dog there as a puppy!

I have been bringing my dogs here for a couple months now and I know my dogs LOVE this place! I have two small dogs that go there three times a week — one is a Yorkie (6 months). In the morning when I put his leash on he knows we are going there and starts jumping of excitement. When he sees the place from the car he cries and tries to get out of the car. At the door he is already barking to get in and when he is in it is hard to even take off his leash because he wants to run to the back so bad!
When I pick them up after work they both sleep on the way home inside the car and when we get home they eat and go right to sleep LOL.
The price is great too. I pay $ 30 a day for 2 dogs. This was the most affordable place I found in the area. So far I am very happy!
