I’ve been seeing Dr. Dixon for over 8 years now. He is professional, and very calm and comforting. He makes being pregnant a little easier. The waiting time has always been fairly quick except for a few times a delivery is being made.

My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Dixon for many years and we like him and his medical staff very much. He has delivered our babies and dealt with other illnesses in a calm, reassuring and efficient manner. We have enormous confidence in this doctor. I would give the medical staff and the doctor 5 stars easily. However, I am not at all fond of the office staff. I agree with the previous review and would like to add that there is too much chitchat that should be confidential going on behind the reception desk. This can be alarming and is not very professional. I suspect that the doctor is unaware of this. I wish I could assign the star rating separately for the office staff.

PROS– He’s very nice and spends a lot of time with you in the office answering all questions. He’s also pretty funny. The office is very clean. CONS– His staff can be crabby and not always the cheery voice you want to hear when you have questions. He is super busy and may make you wait for your appt. His phone manner is rather abrupt(efficient?)
