I wish they have 100stars, so that I can rate them that much. Very friendly, creative and talented artists. AMY is a sweetheart and I loved her. I am new to this place and I just picked this place randomly n fortunately. I am in love with these guys. the nail art is absolutely mesmerising. one should try it here. I am definitely going back n I recommend it strongly. AMY YOU ARE THE BESTTTT

Worst manicure ever!!! I bought a groupon for a «spa gel manicure» which was valued at $ 45. When I went in for my appointment, they did not offer any gel manicure at that price, only a regular gel manicure. My nails look awful. They are so thick on the edges and very streaky in the middle. I asked several times to please fix them and her only response was «I do not speak English». Funny because five minutes ago you spoke it just fine! Worst manicure and awful customer service.

This place is amazing and a woman that does my nails her name is Amy only took it literally half hour I was done in 45 minutes exactly I’m definitely returning customer. Very clean place plenty of parking easy to get to its perfect I definitely give 5 stars and recommend this place highly very friendly too

This salon is wonderful! The owner and technician were both so friendly and pleasant and they did a great job. I brought along with me some pictures of nail designs from the Internet and they didn’t even think twice about making it work for me! It looks wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend!

I found this salon on Unilocal and the reviews were spot on! Just had the best acrylic fill and gel manicure with Amy. The shape is beautiful and polish is perfect. I love love this place. Highly recommend

I love Amy! She claims she is «picky» when it comes to her work but every girl knows that we appreciate that when we are getting our nails done. She did an incredible job on my pink and white sns nails and I will be sure to go back again. I’ve found my new home!

We are from Texas & have relocated in Burlington but when I went to Unilocal to search for best acrylic nail salon BORN PRETTY NAILS & SPA popped up with I read all about the owner, Amy & called & both myself & husband went in and first we were very impressed with super clean salon. Amy couldn’t have been nicer & did a super job on my nails & toes-​very impressed. My husband had Sammi for a mani & pedi & very impressed. Amy waxed & trimmed my husband’s eyebrow. Every service was excellent from start to finish. We rebooked for 2 weeks & look forward to going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amy & Sammi

Absolutely love this nail salon!!! I’ve tried so many places in and around Stoneham and nothing seemed to be working out for me. Amy and Born Pretty nails are the best! They were more than accommodating and even helped me pick out my colors. They have hundreds of polish colors and gel colors as well! AND they have matching gel colors which are hard to come by. Amy really loves what she’s doing and I defiantly will be coming back (:

I finally had a break from a very tiring film shoot. After researching reviews I found myself at Born Pretty. I was welcomed by two great ladies. My experience at a nail salon has never been better. I was pampered and cared for delicately. No rush and it was encouraged that I relax. What a change from the normal fast paced, rush day at a typical salon in NJ. Her attitude was an added treat.
I appreciate that she uses quality products and takes pride in her work and has great attention to detail.
I was very pleased and if I did live in the area, Born Pretty would have 1 more customer. :)

I think I’ve found my go-​to salon at last!!! When I came in, I was greeted by the owner, Amy, who was super friendly and welcoming. She handed me like 5 palettes of nail colors to choose from — holy cow the salon is stocked with colors! I went in for a mani gel and pedi done by Jen/​Jing (?) and the massage chair and pedicure was awesome. Loved the hot stone leg massage and scrub — it was very relaxing and soothing. Meanwhile my previous gel colored fingernails were being soaked in cottonballs and aluminum foils so that by the time I was able to get my manicure, the gel polish came right off with a few scrapes. I opted for a purple lilac base color with eggplant dark purplish French tips. The polish took a little longer to apply because of the contrast and the dark purple tips smudging over the lighter shade but I didn’t mind and it didn’t really bother me at all. Amy came over to help finish up the purple tips and she was so detailed and picky (even more than me!) about the quality of the nails, technique, and making sure the tips looked 100% to perfection. This type of customer service and ensuring that customers leave with perfect looking nails makes me look forward to many many many more visits with Amy for nails and eyebrow waxing! Amy felt bad for the length of time it took for my nails to be done so she gave me a gift certificate for a future gel mani appointment with her, which I’m totally looking forward to because it’s so rare to find good manicurists nowadays. Being a manicurist myself back in the day, I truly appreciate the accommodation, friendliness, and conversation. Amy is so skilled and loves her job which really shows because she takes such pride in her work and customer relations. Thank you sooooo much Jen and Amy for making my experience so positive and nails looking bombastic — can’t wait to show them off everywhere!!!

Born Pretty is a new salon in Stoneham and they are great. I have been specifically going to Amy, and she is just wonderful. Not only is she kind and welcoming, but she is meticulous in her work. I have had a pedi that was amazing and a gel mani of equal awesomeness. She understands that her customers are paying for a service and a luxury and she delivers quality results. She has more nail polish colors than you can imagine and the salon is spotless. She also makes sure her girls are providing quality service as well.

This salon is amazing and I am so glad that I stopped in to have my nails done. Amy is so welcoming and makes sure that you are 100 percent happy with everything. I had Sammy for a nail tech and she is so sweet and a great artist! Perfect pedi and gel manicure! I will definitely be back for all my mani/​pedi needs.

I went here in a last minute whim when I had my mom to babysit my baby so I could go to gym… I decided to get my nails done instead!
Amy the owner is extremely accommodating and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and got everything I wanted! Sammy did my mani /​pedi and she did a fabulous job!
My husband and I popped in today for ten minute neck/​back massage for 10 $! Well worth it!
It’s definitely my new favorite nail place! They do t have a fancy sign up yet but I’m sure it’ll happen soon!

Amy is amazing and committed to creating beautiful nails. I love her new shop. It’s pretty, relaxing and has a ton of color options. I’m allergic to acrylic nails, so I’m incredibly grateful she does SNS nails. Works as well as NexGen nails. If you want great, friendly service, visit Born Pretty!

Amy is amazing! My first time seeing her today and her newly opened and incredibly clean salon. I having been trying to find a salon that will do fun gel designs. My search is finally over :) I love my nails, thank you Amy and team!

Finally found my go-​to salon for nails AND waxing. I started going to Amy for her amazing eyebrow wax after a friend recommended her. Amy truly knows what she’s doing when it comes to shaping the brow and she uses a high quality wax that barely leaves my sensitive skin red. She is so meticulous and I completely trust her with my eyebrows, which is a hard thing to find.
I just got my first pedicure and gel manicure done at her new salon and wow… I’m so happy I finally found my go to place.
Mani: she is just as precise with a manicure as she is with your eyebrows and really listens to what you want. My nails are short and very weak/​thin and she knew not to scrape too hard when taking my previous gel off or over-​buff them during the mani.
Pedi: I had to ask if I was receiving the regular pedicure or if it was an upgrade. My feet were cleaned well, paint looks great, but the massage made it incredible… Hot stones were used! Hot stones! For a regular pedicure! And a lengthy massage in addition to that.
On top of it all, Amy is kind and cares about her customers. She makes a point to only speak English when you’re in the salon so you don’t feel uncomfortable and she always takes my last minute appointments. Can’t recommend this salon enough.

WOW what a lovely experience we had as first time clients. Completely blown away by the service and professionalism Amy and her team performed. I live in revere but haven’t been too impressed by any nail salons– thought venturing out to stoneham to visit friends we would give this a shot! HAPPY to say Amy and her team have gained new customers who will make the trip to stoneham every time. I’ve gotten so many compliments already I honestly can’t get over all the detail and perfection.
Best pedicure EVER– really took the time to massage over 10 mins with everything else my toes never looked better. I wasn’t planning on getting a manicure but seeing how fabulous my pedicure was I knew I had to treat myself:) then I saw the 3d nail effects and feel in love Amy thank you soooooo much I absolutely love my nails and anyone in stoneham would be crazy not to stop in and try!!! You’ll make the switch just like I have

My mom and I followed Amy from one salon over to her new Salon because the quality is unparalleled. We are so happy to be seeing her now in a completely brand new salon with brand new top of the line products and chairs. Thank you!!!
