1 star because there is no option for 0. Automotive stores fail at one thing. Customer Service. Advance Auto in Stoneham is no different. As I proceeded to pay for my light bulbs, the woman at the register turned her back and walked away. A simple «Next register please» would have done the trick. Actions like this show a lack of training, social skills, and service. Management to blame.

I keep going back because the people are so helpful and they have everything I need. They install batteries, wipers and light bulbs for free also. This place knows customer service and how to get and retain business. I go a little out of my way because it is always worth it.

Remember the old Blockbuster that used to be here? No? Well, who cares — it’s long gone.
Yah, I know there’s an Autozone down the street, but you can never have enough car-​part places if you ask me. This is a new location for Advance Auto Parts, and they’ve spruced the place up a bit. Building has been repainted, and you can now access the back parking lot from Main Street! I don’t think you could do that before. Anyhow — parking is better.
This place sells a lot of accessories for your car/​truck: license plate trims, cleaners, oils, tools, lights, etc. I saw very little of an audio selection here (hardly any speakers, etc) but this place is right next door to New England Speaker, so maybe that’s why! But it’s a nice big clean store that’s fun to look around and find stuff you need for your car. I’ll definitely be back as I need some plate holders and engine cleaners. No fuzzy dice though, sorry!
