Last time I was in town to visit the fam I found this spot and instantly became a fan. Excellent selection of local and international craft beer. Very clutch considering you can’t find a lot of bottle shops in Stone Mountain. To my surprise they even had Bourbon County Stout the day of release! Sadly, they only allowed one bottle per person :(I’m sure that’s more of a distributor issue soooo… still a dope go-to spot!

Love Smoke Rise Bottle Shoppe. They have a great selection of just about everything. Beer, wine, spirits… all the bases are covered. Add to that a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, a clean store, and a selection that is always being updated and expanded and you have a destination liquor store. Worth a trip, you’ll be back.

As liquor stores go this place is «ok». Their prices are definitely higher than stores a few miles away in Lilburn or Tucker but their selection is somewhat better. I go here or to Tower for the hard to find items for the bar stock but for every day drinks you can definitely save some $$ by shopping around.

Unilocal to the rescue, once again! Found this place as we were driving from the ATL airport heading to the Evergreen Marriott Hotel(inside Stone Mountain Park). Conveniently right off the highway and next to a gas station(needed OJ for mimosas). There were 5 of us and we all needed to stock up on beverages for the hotel for the next 3 days. This place has wine, liquor, beer, and girly cigars. I was able to find a decent brand of Prosecco for less than $ 15– strangely their J Rogét is overpriced($ 6). Very nice and helpful workers. Accepts Amex. Good for when you’re in a bind.

We had to work an event in Stone Mountain, and this place was on the way back to our hotel. Smoke Rise has a great selection of craft beers, which is exactly what we were looking for. Prices are fair. The wine section looks good as well.

This place has really come a long way. I remember my parents coming here from Snellville to buy liquor in the 80’s/early 90’s. Snellville didn’t and I think still doesn’t have a liquor store, so you had to come here to buy booze. This is an old school liquor store that has updated their game. I come here to buy booze for company events(liquor, kegs, craft beer, etc.), but if you live out here, this should be your go to spot. In the last year or so, they have started stocking a large assortment of American and Belgian craft beers and even though I live closer to downtown Atlanta, this place has a great selection of beers that rivals some other popular bottle stores. Most of what’s hot in craft beers and new breweries to Georgia are stocked. These guys took a gamble with this for this area, and I think it’s going to pay off. Good pricing and selection. Want a keg? They have you covered with the basics and they can order just about anything that Georgia distributors carry. They have a good wine selection and they carry alot of the small batch liquors. Customer service here is awesome and they have a very knowledgeable manager. Great local business that has become a landmark for the Smokerise area. Want to sample some good craft beers and get your usual brew? This is the spot. Keep up the good work guys.

This has got to be one of the nicer«package» stores i’ve been to in GA especially in this area [i’m looking at you memorial drive]. Finally I can pick up some spirits without having to step over a crack head or being hit up for money to and from the car. Pretty nice sized store with lots of selections. We came in on NYE so the place was pretty packed, i’ll have to come back on a less crowded day but even with the crowds I still dropped almost $ 100 bucks & that wasn’t due to the items being over priced but there were so many cool things to pick up I had to stop myself. I love this area before but love it even more now…
