It’s not exactly a pie, cake or even a cupcake. It’s a Pi-​byte! Pi-​bytes are larger than a cupcake yet smaller than a pie. Pi-​bytes are unique and delicious mini desserts currently available in several varieties. These are not your traditional pies. Our Pi-​bytes are a creative and whimsical take added to the traditional ways that pies are viewed. We combine the ordinary with the extraordinary to produce a superb delight which we call Pi-​bytes. «Why buy the whole pie when you can have just a byte!»

History

Established in 2012.

Started by a firefighter tired of having to buy the whole pie or slice when all he wanted was a few bites. Hence, the name Pi-​bytes! He decided that he wasn’t the only one who felt this way. So he ventured out and made his creation. The response was overwhelming! Family and friends fell in love with Pi-​bytes. He began to get requests to supply Pi-​bytes for baby showers, family functions, and general day to day eating. Pi-​bytes became a success.

All orders are prepared from scratch using only fresh ingredients. We pride ourselves on being one of the first businesses of this nature. We are constantly looking to broaden our horizon through flavors and community outreach.

Hello, I would like to apologize to everyone that stopped by to enjoy Pi-​bytes and we were not open. My family have received several devastating blows and needed to be away for these emergencies. I am still a firefighter and managing Pi-​bytes on my days away from the Fire Station. My hours of operation will change every week due to this schedule but I will post the weekly schedule so that you will be informed. I would like to show my gratitude by giving everyone that was inconvenienced 10% off their purchase. Just remind me and you can have it.
