I wish people would STOP going to C & C beauty & beyond on Memorial & Harriston!!! I saw several wigs I was interested in but was told I could purchase as many wigs as I wanted to, but could only try on 3… and be charged $ 1 for the privilege! I explained that i saw more than 3 styles but was told NO! Are you kidding me? Bad policy, awful customer service! If we decided to have standards & demand better, they would not be able to treat us like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to buy from them. What if Macys had a 3 shoe try on limit? Would you give your hard earned cash to them?

This is one of my favorite hair stores. They have everything that you could possibly need if you are of color. I even by my Shea butter here since my family has eczema. The wig selection is huge, cheap, and of good quality. The prices are some of the cheapest in the area, and the products are always in stock. I buy my hair products from here, hair accessories, nail polish, lip liner, and chapstick. I don’t wear wigs, but if I did, I’d buy it from here. I think you can try on 3 wigs for free before paying $ 1 to buy a hair cap which allows you to try on 3 more.

If you are looking for wigs, walk right past the owners up front and go directly to the back. If you are lucky, Shannon will be there. She is great and very helpful. There are lots and lots of wigs to choose from and many of them are deeply discounted. Whether you just want to change your look or you have a medically related hair loss, this place has it all. I don’t think there is any place in town that has this kind of selection, service and value.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE, CONDESCENDING, RUDE AND SEEMED LIKE HE WANTED TO FIGHT.

Just came from here with my Mother. The customer service was horrible! The manager, «larry» was extremely rude and condescending to my Mother when she came in to return an item from a large purchase she had just made a few minutes prior. He told her it was «common sense» and «self-​explanatory». How disgustingly rude. Does he have ANY understanding of customer service?! Then, we asked to speak to him before leaving, and my Mother told him he should be nice to customers when they spend money and help his business. This crazy guy stood in the aisle and tried to square –off at her with his hands in his pocket and said to her «What is wrong with you?!» He had walked up close by us and was standing there with his feet apart as if he wanted to fight my Mother! The manager! How insane is that?! Meanwhile, the black woman at the cashier station was snickering to herself. It’s terrible that this man who is not Black, who is asian and making all his money off of Black people, would be so rude and ungrateful to customers. He could have easily tried to resolve the issue (which was just a simple exchange) with kindness, yet he chose to respond disgustingly. The cashier doesn’t seem to understand how silly she was for snickering at the mistreatment of her fellow Black women. That is so sad. Needless to say, my Mother and I will NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! The other location near Hairston road has better service, though unfortunately these non-​Black owned stores often treat Black people rudely and follow people around as if they are stealing. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME with this store location or their terrible service.

This store will be your one stop for beauty supplies. They have everything you need and a huge selection. The store is organized and clean. I love the hair and wig selection. Jane in the wig section was extremely helpful and patient. Being new to area I’m very peculiar about where I shop. I can say I’ve found my beauty supply store.

I came here with a friend looking for a particular look for her hair. The wig selection is very big and offers numerous styles. Only issue with this location is customer service, you ask for assistance, an opinion, anything you get a glazed over stare and then the sales associate walks off. Ok beauty supply, prices are not the best for extensions but there is a large selection of ratchet jewelry and accessories and cheap make up.

I have been shopping there for over 8yrs. They have everything. The ladies in back with the wigs are AWSOME…

Great hair spot on the eastside. They are like the beauty masters of the Eastside. Any and everything you can think of. No complaints from me.

I entered this WORLD OF HAIR. Any hair need you have you can find it here. There is even a professional wig stylist on site, so if you cant find the perfect wig for you, they have someone that will not only guide you through the rows and rows of wigs, but will show you different ways in which you can wig it.
Well they have it all if you wanna be-weave-it…Long, Short, Curly, Pink, Yellow… and yes, the very very hard to find 77J. Which for those of you that must know is my signature hair color when ever Kobe Bryant is coming to town and the month of July for my birthday. It is getting harder and harder to find… and the site that use to sell it online doesnt anymore… so…yes…I will be driving 45 minutes from my home to buy hair. (Which also living here in Atlanta is almost a daily commute to work also).
All kinds of shampoos, salves, conditioers, beauty items etc. If you are ever in the Stone Mountain area and have any hair needs… this is the place to go.
