Getting to this location can be tricky coming from US-​78/​Stone Mountain Freeway. It’s hard to make that right into the bank when there is traffic. You are better off making a right onto E Park Place Blvd and then a right onto Rockbridge Rd SW. It’s a lot easier. The place is small, I wouldn’t suggest going during peak hours. This loaction does have the virtual ATMs. I accidentally hit it by mistake but it’s kind of cool that you can see and talk to a live representative. This just makes me feel like they are slowly trying ti get rid of banks all together and just making everything self-​serve

Nothing too special about this branch locations vs. any other banks that I’ve ever stepped into. It’s not too big either so it might deter you from coming here if it’s rush hour to get anything done in a hurry.
This location sits at the beginning of Hwy 78 as you enter the city so turning into the branch may be a little tough if you’re still on 78.
But this branch is typical. 7 teller stations with at most 4 being used at any given time that I’ve been here. I’ve never seen more than 4 tellers working at one time. They are good at greeting every person that enters. Two ATM machines outside but none on the inside so during rush hour and it’s cold, I’d rather just wait inside for a teller than outside for the ATM.
Like most banks, The tellers keep telling me that I can deposit all my checks at the ATM so I don’t have to wait in line. I know that, I wonder if most don’t know that or they just don’t want people to stand in line anymore.
TIP: I would recommend you passing it, turn on east park place then go around the back of Hot Buys to get to the bank to avoid getting rear ended on 78.
