Zoom Car Wash

I went in on Monday 06÷06÷16 around 1:30pm after speaking with Luis (detailing manager) over the phone about getting the interior of my car detailed. Before leaving my car I explained to Luis that I only wanted the interior detailed, no service needed for my trunk and to really focus on the front half of the car. I told him I wanted to look as clean as possible, he assured me that it will look good and to come back at 5pm. I paid $ 200 before leaving (HUGE MISTAKE).
5:05 pm– I tell Harold I’m looking for my car and he finds it and they bring it out front. Louise had left already. They hand me my keys and tell me the car is all ready to go. After seating in my car I see ALOT of dirty stains on my driver door, passenger seat, driver mirror, near the stereo system, right back seat and a few more. Some of these stains are right in your face!!! How can you miss them Especially after paying $ 200 which is over priced for the horrible service.
Harold and the 2 gentleman clean some of the spots, thank god for Harold he has outstanding customer service! I took pictures of the remaining spots before leaving the car wash.
TODAY– I take the car back so they can clean it again. I met with Luis and I explain why I’m dissatisfied, notify him of the negative reviews of others with similar situations on Unilocal and he has an attitude with me. He’s challenging what I’m saying so I tell him to take time out to look out that reviews on Unilocal.I also wanted a partial refund due to someone else on Unilocal paying less than their minimum price for a detail. The price should be the same for all clients! I told Luis to go ahead and do it over and I’ll call Pat to talk about the issue.
I was told that Pat at the Quail Lakes location is the manager of both locations.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I called Pat and explained the situation and ask that they give a refund of $ 17×2 =$ 34 for my Über ride from and to the car wash. I also mentioned how someone else paid $ 150 for detail but their base price is $ 200, he was very careless and argued with me that it was a mini detail but online a mini detail is $ 185 not $ 150. To top it off he said «HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT Unilocal REVIEWS, THEY ARE FOR CRY BABIES!» I told him that he should care because alot of people go on Unilocal to check companies. He was very rude, inconsiderate, belligerent and he frankly didn’t care that I had to change my whole schedule for today and pay $ 34 in addition to $ 200 because of their wrong doing!
PATT IS VERY ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL AND LACKS COMPASSION! LUIS IS DISRESPECTFUL!
HAROLD IS GREAT, HE’S THE REASON FOR THE 1 STAR!
**UPDATE** I picked up my car and I’m not sure what products they used but it has a very strong smell that’s hurting my eyes and giving a reaction!

Two stars for the friendly staff and clean facility.

Quoted 2 hours for detailing, but took over 2.5 hours.
Car was returned with wet seats. They also missed the stains on the driver side seat. Overall, it was not worth $ 150.

First time here in over 9 years. I purchased a full tank of gas and purchased the 36.99 $ wash! So tell me why I had to point out all the dirt that was still on my car? The interior was cleaned nicely! I was offered a second car wash to remove the debris that was still on the vehicle. I accepted and waited an additional 40 minutes to get the car back to see the areas that were pointed out were clean but I guess I should’ve pointed out the ALL the spots that were not cleaned!
Well I won’t be in rush back here anytime soon.
The 3 was because they offered to clean it again and the interior was done professionally! Without those two factors their score would’ve been much lower!
I hate giving average or below average scores but this one couldn’t be ignored!

Note to self. Do not go to the car wash at the end of the day. Visited zoom car wash about 5pm. Turned out to be a bad idea. First off. I tried to get gas and the card reader on the pump would not accept my master card. Attendant was less than helpful. I bought the wheel deal wash. 26.00 or so. When the wash was done my seat had been pushed forward so I couldn’t get in the car (I am a petite gal) the empty water bottles and other garbage was left in place and just vacuumed around so dirt was left under them. Windows were left with streaks due to it being late in the day, the rags were probably all dirty. I noticed the workers rummaging through the bins looking for the least dirty ones. Sigh. Went grocery shopping and went to load the trunk only to discover the trunk didn’t Get vacuumed. This is probably a decent car wash if you go early in the day. I would suggest that the last wash of the day before as good as the first one.

Used their detailing service. They checked me in promptly as I arrived. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up the car later that day.
Honestly it looks better than when I bought it (I didn’t buy my car new). Have to say, the clean car smell is really nice.

You don’t often see me give a car wash 5 stars, but I am pretty darn happy with Zoom.
I would probably give Zoom 4 stars for the normal issues that everyone comes up with for a car wash, but they get an extra star for something I used to get in Southern California but only now is coming to the Stockton area. I pay a flat fee and get UNLIMITED car washes every month.
I know this sounds crazy but I drive a Jeep and anyone who has ever driven one knows that the front grille and window are almost at a 90 degree angle, and you take any kind of half hour trip and you practically wipe out a whole species of bugs. Honestly, its not like I need to take a trip to Disneyland. A quick trip to Modesto, Santa Cruz or even just out in the country for 5 minutes and they are all over. Plus I have to park outside so my car is always dirty after a few days.
The monthly structure is something like this. If you want Exterior Only — just wash and dry it’s like $ 25 a month. For $ 5 bucks more I get the $ 30 package that is the Exterior Plus. It adds in a bunch of that extra foam stuff but also does the tires. If I remember correctly the monthly full service unlimited is $ 40. The Exterior Plus that I get is usually $ 14.99, so just two car washes pays for it each month, but I am in there sometimes twice a week. If it rains? Wash the car. Get some bugs? Wash the car. Bored? Wash the car.
Seriously my car is never dirty for more than a day or two.
Because I get the Exterior Plus its also much faster… of course I have gone through places like Kelly’s Car Wash and I think they do a decent job, but here you have 20 people standing around waiting to wipe off cars, so when I leave my car is clean as a whistle including all the door jambs and all the little places that usually get missed.
And my unlimited entitles me to use the Zoom over on Quail Lakes Drive as well, so it just depends on what part of town I am in when I want to wash my car.
For someone like me who loves his car being clean and sparkly, its the deal of the century. (And if I remember the pamphlet I also get a decent discount on my oil changes.)
Good job Zoom, you have my $ 30 a month.

They know me now and my rims are perfect every time. I have used a lot of different car washes throughout the east bay and Central Valley. Although they are not perfect the are the best out of about 20 that I have used.

We came here to get our car washed thinking they would do a good job well we were wrong. Our car was still dirty & it was just horrible plus a waste of money! Never coming here again…

I’m sorry but this is the third time I gave this place a chance and that’s as fair as any judgment can get. All three times my windshield and rear window had muck and traces of bird poop left. On the hood (black car) there was still a very visible price of white poop from our friends up above. Now this can be seen at 10ft away so it’s not like I’m nitpicking. They vacuumed the front well but the back seats flooring and seats more than likely had one quick pass and left the rest of the dirt there. My front bumper still had dirt on it this last time which is surprising considering they cleaned the wheels very well which is more difficult to get to. Now I probably wouldn’t scrutinize Zoom this tough if Kelly’s Car wash didn’t do a better job at half the cost. I don’t mind the cost of things of quality as long as their final result is on par with their prices or better than there opposition. In the scenario I can tell you with 100% certainty and after three attempts to prove myself wrong, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO KELLY’S VACUUMING IT YOURSELF AND SAVING X AMOUNT. If you want to pay top dollar and receive top quality go to the various local detail shops that can buff and wax and get things done right.

I went to get my car washed yesterday and paid $ 52 thinking my car was going to look awesome and I’m so disappointed. I paid additional to get my seats whipped down and they still had crumb in between them. The lady that gave me my car didn’t even vacuum my trunk and I told her and she was like well you have to tell them in the front so they could write it on the tag or else we don’t know. Well I didn’t know I was paying so much and have to go into detail every little thing I need you guys to do. Worst experience ever, definitely never going back.

Worst place ever! I go in there first time and my car gets scratched. Of course, they denied everything and told me I didn’t notice anything before the wash. Suure, like I’m not going to notice multiple scratches over 12 inches. I will ensure nobody goes to this horrible place ! Thank you Zoom for your awesome services!!! NOT!!!

The Final worst experience.. I had had some challenging experiences with zoom before this, but today took the cake. I watch my vehicle be overlooked 7 times (meaning 7 vehicles were taken in before mine). After sitting and waiting for over 20 min and my truck still sitting there, I asked for a refund. The girl at register called some guy, he came in gave a thumbs up and left. No apologies for waisting my time… just asked which vehicle was mine and walked away.

Horrible car wash establishment!!! I started to go here because of the free wash complements of Toyota and I’d always pay extra for the full service wash (to include the vacuuming and the wiping down the interior). The car is never cleaned. I’ve paid extra for shampooing, too. Last time, I paid for the back seat to be shampooed, floor mats, and tires, in addition to the full service wash. They totally missed the door jams and there was dust and dirt still on the center console, plus the outside wasn’t clean. So I called to complain, I’d paid over $ 100 for a clean car and it isn’t clean. I was immediately transferred to the manager who said he’d pay for it to be re-​cleaned. When I brought it in for the re-​cleaning, I pointed out all the dirty spots and he agreed that the car wasn’t cleaned properly. When I pick it up, the SAME DIRTY AREAS ARE STILL THERE!!! When I point it out the «washer» he says «we aren’t responsible for that». WHAT!!! I PAID OVER $ 100 FOR YOU TO NOT CLEAN MY CAR???
When I showed him my receipt, he apologized and cleaned the areas.
This time I paid for the front seats to be shampooed and a condition treatment to the interior in addition to the full service wash. When I was telling the lady taking the «order» I asked if there was any way you could note to have the washers pay attention to the center console, as it never gets cleaned. She says the only way for them to guarantee a cleaned center console was to pay for it to be detailed. REALLY??? I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO MAKE SURE THEY DO THE JOB I’M ALREADY PAYING FOR??? Whatever, she said it’s only $ 10 (though she charged me $ 15). This time I paid just over $ 50. Again, the door jams weren’t clean, the glove box exterior wasn’t clean, the outsides of the center console weren’t clean, the center console was only sorta clean, and this time they left a squirt bottle of some sort of cleaning solution and a towel in my car.
Save your time and money. Go through an automated car wash ($ 12 for the premier wash) with a free vacuum area and spend $ 10 on a container of Armor All cleansing wipes. You’ll be cleaning the car again your self again, anyway, if you go here.

For the $ 20.00 I paid I was very disappointed with the results. I really hope Zoom start to improve this is unacceptable. I had to go home and clean my car myself because it was still dirty. Kelly’s car wash seems to be the better place to go in Stockton at this point

Thank you Pablo, Corey and Randy for your service today with fixing my car! I know I can drive right up and get good service! I went to VW dealership a wk ago because my engine light came on the service mgr told me to drive my car «rough» and return in 2 wks puzzled yes! My light came back on and the service manager treated me like crap so I took his diagnostic info to Zoom and the boys jumped on it! It was great seeing Pablo again he was one of my favorite techs from Quail lakes so I knew when I saw him I was in good hands! I’m one happy lady!

I forgot a zucchini in my car and it left a horid smell of puke I had to get rid of. This was the main reason why I brought it in. I made an appointment for a complete interior detailing this morning at 8am. I received a call around 1:30 stating that it was ready to be picked up. I took a look around and noticed the seats still looked dusty especially the area I really needed cleaned was a bit crusty. The residue from my bad cleaning job was still there. I informed one of the guys and he was very accommodating. I also got my car washed and wiped down with this service as well.
After he cleaned it up again, it was better. I was informed that I needed to come back a few times to lift up all the dirt and residue due to the fact that after they deep clean it… The remaining dirt comes back up.
I really am not picky. I understand that it has been 10 years since I’ve bought my car, so some stains will not lift but that doesn’t mean that my vents couldnt be cleaned. I had to go back in with qtips/​wipes to clean out the vents myself. Considering I shelled out $ 200 for a complete detail… That was not cool.
I do not recommend the detailing service here, but if you want a basic shampooing or wash… I say go for it! Overall, it was just ok… The 3 stars is more for how accommodating they were when I pointed out what I didn’t like.

I come here because I can get a free car wash with my
Oil change but I’m so tired of getting the hard sell for other services… I would only dare bring my commuter car here… service and car wash not nearly

So I brought my car here yesterday (my car I just bought on Tuesday) and paid for the special wash. First off my car still had bird poop on it after being washed. I let that go. But then I noticed a fat scratch on my car!!! Like what the hell?! How do you scratch someone’s car and not let them know!!! So I bring my car back this morning and speak to the supervisor who then tells me that they didn’t do it and I must have hit something! Are you kidding me?! If I brought my car here with no scratch then I get it from you and there is a scratch how does that mean I put the scratch on it?! These guys are so unprofessional and liars. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR THEN TELL YOU IT WASN’T THEM.

They have been servicing my work truck for a couple of years. They do a great job washing the vehicle.
Wish there was another location in Turlock.

The only reason why I go to this place is because I get free car washes from Toyota dealership. This place is awful!!! My car is never clean after its washed here. There are ALWAYS bird poo and/​or dead bugs left on my car, even after I asked them to re-​clean it.
The problem with this place is that they hire lazy high school kids that don’t care to do their job right.
