Established in 1979.

Tudor Construction and Restoration Company (TCR) opened its doors in 1979 as residential remodeling experts in Stockton, California. After consistent requests from customers and insurance agents, TCR began to specialize in insurance repair work and reconstruction and began to develop relationships with some of the largest insurance companies in California. TCR quickly established a 24-​hour/​365-​day emergency service program capable of instantly responding to residential and commercial crises. TCR also became certified to handle all types of mold remediation, contents restoration, water extraction, and decontamination and odor control.

my insurance company got these guys to do the work…2 months late with the work… on the day of the walk around to check out the job. I was handed a lien on my property for the money they had already been handed a check from the Insurance company. the explaination for this… they always place a lien on the property when the job is finished… Leroy great guy… Tudor horrible company…

They did work with me to get the job done well. My Partner had to stay on them to finish the work according to the contract.
Make sure to tell them to stay Off The Phone while working. Too Much Chatting on those damn things.
Also tell them where to clean their tools or they will clean right at the front door.

This is quite a ride they have us on about a week ago they installed a oven in are kitchen .you would think that was a good thing but after it was in we found they put the wrong oven in are’s is bisques. this one is plain white .but it not there problem contact the people they got it from .if we’re doing there work why aren’t we on there pay role. stop this ride I want off.

The plaster subcontractors were um professional left messes and did poor work .
Rule 1
itemize your personal property losses yourself.
You know what your things are and value.
Take your own pictures detailed .
Rule 2
Make it clear where waste water may be dumped i did on day one but apparently ignored. Killed my garden .
Rule 3
Make sure everything is in very clear writhing we have a lot of miscommunication .
Rule 4
Have Tony at every walk through every appointment .
He and only he knows exactly what was agreed on.

Lower your expectations my home is old and trouble some.
Rule 6
Always take notes and pictures of before during and after if it happens ever .

Don’t Cry when it’s never ever going to be over with .

When all else fails ask for a second opinion.
