They responded quickly and were polite. The women worked hard for 3 hours. I liked not having to find a separate carpet cleaner. They were flexible. Willing to change what I wanted done and the hours it would take up to the last minute.

Your response to my review contains several lies. I NEVER said the dogs would be put away. My photos showed obvious areas that were not cleaned, not areas that require «deep» cleaning. Your staff complained that you «never» give them any information about what we discussed/​expected. If they truly told you that they did all but one room, I can add photos of the floors not vacuumed. You are lying. We did not get «disconnected». I told you I was refusing to pay an additional $ 40 and there was nothing you could do about it because nothing was signed. If you choose to run your business filled with dishonesty & poor skills, my goal is to protect others from wasting their money and time.

My parents have a house in Stockton. They lived there for more than 10 years. Over the years dirt and grim has really accumulated. Due to rapidly declining health, my parents eventually had to move out of their house to SF bay area to be near me. I hired Serrano’s cleaning service to do a deep house cleaning and carpet cleaning in preparation to rent out the house. The Serrano’s cleaning crew came by and did a phenomenal clean job! Furthermore, the carpet was almost like new! I was almost ready to toss out the old carpet and re-​carpet the house. I am so glad Rafael asked me to let him try cleaning the carpet first!
I also met with Maria, Rafael, Carolina and their little girl. They are good, hard working people.

There was no need for this response as the «owner of the company» already called me yesterday to ask why you didn’t report the poor job to her and then Says I must be a liar. On top of paying for a bad job to get called a liar was the icing on the cake. Maybe instead of coming down hard on a paying costumer she should be calling her employees and coming down hard on their poor work. Does she think I go around spending money just for the sake of writing a review? Seems like this company needs more then better trained carpet cleaners, maybe some professionalism would also help!

On 11−21−15 I had a presecheduled cleaning (2 individuals for 2 hours). Approximately 30 mninutes prior to the cleaning time I received a call indicating the cleaners were in an accident and they would not be able to make it. Given the severity I felt bad but the called asked if the possible week was better. Wanting to get the house cleaned before Thanksgiving I asked if they had anything the next day. The caller ended up offering 1 cleaner for 4 hours the next day. I figured in 4 hours I can clean my entire house (most of it) so a professional cleaner can handle this with no dilemma. I THOUGHT WRONG.
In 4 hours she managed to clean 3 bathrooms and told me at 3 hours and 50 minutes that she did not have time to finish the small half bathroom! I checked on the «cleaned bathrooms» and was livid. They were definitely not deep cleaned, it appeared that she used scrubbers and bleach because my entire home smelled of bleach!
Today I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule another cleaning. I informed the caller that I was very displeased with the service and I definitely DID NOT want to schedule any other cleaning. The caller apologized for the less than favorable service and said if I ever wanted to schedule another cleaning they would send another person. Uhhmmm. that’s it?
NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. I used these people and will never use them again. They charge by hour and take their sweet ass time to clean your house and two hours later they finish two bathroom. I checked the bathrooms and it wasn’t clean so I told the lady to clean again and she acted like she don’t understand English so I called the supervisor and I was told to pay more and they will clean again. All the pictures they post is a lie. Don’t waste your money on these fools

Easy to book the service. Received a 10% discount for first time customer. They were on time, professional, and did an excellent job. We are completely satisfied and have set up biweekly cleaning!

I called and a lady helped answer all my questions over the phone.
These ladies work hard at cleaning my 2000 sq ft home. I purchased the 4 hours deep cleaning package. They did not get through everything on the list but my bathrooms and kitchen look good.
I did knock off a start because they showed up an hour later but the office manager called me advance to notify me that they were running behind.
Overall for the price and service, I would call them again.

They do a wonderful job and are attentive to every little thing. The first time they came (for the deep cleaning) there were several of them and they spent hours. I was amazed when I saw how they cleaned everything, including my china cabinet, all the little pieces that needed dusting, all was spotless. I am totally pleased and would recommend.
They come between 11 and two, we had set up 11 but they are often a few hours later. I don’t think of it as late, I think of it as they are very busy and I am sure don’t know how long each job will take. If I had an issue with it I would talk to them but the time they come is not important to me. I only mention this because another reviewer said they were late several times, to me, 11 is an estimate, not a set time.
They are extremely sweet and always make the extra effort to make sure it looks amazing.
I highly recommend them.

Woohoo! We used Serrano’s Cleaning Services this past February, and they did an outstanding job. I found their staff friendly and efficient. I was quite embarrassed as my house had not had a deep cleaning in an incredibly long time, and things were pretty out of hand. Serrano’s Cleaning brought in their cleaning team and spent most of a day deep cleaning my house including light fixtures and ceiling fans, washing the windows and tracks, and cleaning the carpets for the price of $ 400. My house smelled fresh and clean and was sparkling when they left. I felt like it was well worth the price. Thank you Serrano’s Cleaning Services!

I was pleased with them originally but they slacked off. They were late several times and the floors were always sticky and grimy as if they just used a wet cloth with no cleaner to clean the floors… we have several complaints but the final straw was a very rude phone message last Tuesday saying to call and confirm or else they would not keep the appt. WTF? I have paid for your services in advance since the onset. We emailed the manager to inform her that we will no longer use their services. I have no idea why they slacked off but me finding dirt… grime…dust…after they had been here is unprofessional on their part and as I mentioned that rude snotty phone message? How inappropriate is that.?f you don’t value me as a steady customer then forget about it.

Wow, I cant belive how disrespectiful of our time Serranos is for a possible new coustomer. I thought I was going to suprise my wife with a superclean home. Instead I just found out even after setting a time that worked for serrano 1pm on a Saturday and a cost that was a higher quote than from there web site, I thought go ahead and make it happen. Well 1:00,1:30,1:45,2;00 O clock and no phone call or responce to my 10 calls to get some help or understanding for the delay about whats happening on there end. I did get ahold of a person on the line, the first call from me at 1:15 She told me she would call me back to let me know whats going on, the return call nerver happened! After stressing out about letting my wife down I decided to call Molly Maids to be continued… If I could do a negative star I would rate Serranos Cleaning Service a –3 stars for there lack of service and responce. I’m still not sure how a company stays viabale and afloat with this buiseness model. If you use this service good luck!!!

It’s ironic how you can now respond promptly to a negative review on Unilocal but not bother to call me back. I called the next day after reviewing your work to call and complain. I spoke to somebody (probably the daughter but not sure) and she promised that she will have the Supervisor call me back but never did.

I have been using Serrano’s cleaning service for many months and I have to say that this company is the best I have ever used. I’m 64 and disabled so I have employed many companies but I am SOLD on Serrano’s. They are punctual and are dressed professionally. They get right to work and complete their jobs rapidly. They are friendly and cheerful. I HIGHLY recommend this company for house cleaning services!!!

Not impressed with their customer service. They were late to our appointed time. The price was a little high not extreme but I went with another service based on their customer service.

Nice family operation! These guys are friendly and not afraid to work. House was empty but we wanted a good cleaning and carpet shampoo before moving in. They started our house about 5:30pm as it was just getting dark. They finished about 8:45pm well into the night.
I think the carpets look great and the rest of the house looks and smells very nice also. If you are looking for good service at an affordable price these guys are for you.

Quality work; affordable price… something that is hard to find these days. I have a small 1 bedroom house, about 1100sf and it costs me $ 65 per week. Two guys come and whip it out in about an hour an a half; it’s the same guys each week (one is the owner I believe).
My house looks really clean. My dark wood floors look the best they’ve ever looked with any cleaning service I’ve ever used!
