Experience:

I’ve worked almost exclusively in the staffing industry for most of my career. Starting out as a receptionist for a Bay Area agency 27 years ago, I quickly moved into payroll processing and light technical recruiting.

I took a brief break to attend college, but I soon returned to the staffing industry — working first as a recruiter with PrideStaff, and then as a branch manager with a competing firm.

After 10 years in this role, my largest client decided to start their own staffing firm. They recruited me to manage their entire staffing operation. You could say I was a «one-​woman show,» as I handled everything from payroll to recruiting, and from ensuring safety to managing workers’ comp claims.

It was shortly after this time that a PrideStaff Owner/​Strategic-​Partner contacted me with an ownership opportunity in the Stockton area. Given my depth of experience, passion for staffing and entrepreneurial bent, I couldn’t refuse!
