I had my headphones stolen from this place. The owner Dan did absolutely nothing for me. I will be back looking for my headphones. I recommend u don’t leave anything easy to pocket in sight

Get both my suv and truck done here. Always good attention to detail and good service. On site Chevron and clean facilities. Have good crew and clean waiting area.

I am so disappointed by the level of customer service provided by this business. I’ve been to this place three times now and have been disappointed each time. On this final visit I purchased the wheel deal and my car was barely vacuumed and when I asked the older man with the glasses that is there every Sat to take a look I was met with an attitude. He then only vacuumed one mat and didn’t even look at the others. At that point I just left. My side panels weren’t vacuumed even though I cleared them out so they could do so and my door panels were barely wiped down. I already keep my car pretty clean so its not like there is a lot to do. Do not waste your time or money here.

My car went through and came out with a plastic piece torn from the body. Asked for manager who proceeded to give me scenarios of what «probably happened». He refused to take any responsibility despite their bogus signage, «100% Satisfaction Guaranteed». Manager’s attitude was argumentative and defensive. Made no attempt to help the situation. I know it will have not have much of an impact on their business but I WILL NEVER FREQUENT PACIFIC CAR WASH AGAIN. Check your car when it comes out but don’t expect any quality customer service if something is wrong.

I have been coming to Pacific Car Wash for well over 2 years. Today is my 35^th birthday, and I took the day off to do errands and catch up on things like… getting my car washed. I got the Wheel Deal and usually they do a great job. This time, however, none of the surfaces were wiped down inside and it was still absolutely filthy. I NEVER complain at restaurants or send food back, or complain about inadequate service elsewhere… but this was too much. I went back to the front and was met by a white haired man with a goatee. I told him I was dissatisfied and was immediately met with hostility. He said «You have to go over there ma’am! We don’t have rags here!» shaking his head. How am I supposed to know that? I don’t pay attention to what happens where and am usually doing something else while my car is being washed. I was shocked by his attitude, and told him I was just complaining and that he should know that the cars aren’t being adequately cleaned. He escalated his tone, and started literally SHOUTING at me, «Ma’am, YOU’RE WRONG!!!» When I asked to speak to a manager he said, «I’m it!». After being shouted at after complaining about bad service, I told him I would never go there again… and he retorted (shouting at me still) «With that attitude, I’m glad!»
I’m still reeling from the whole incident, I’ve never been shouted at by anyone in customer service… and by the manager? I would have stayed to have my car cleaned again, but was meeting my mom for lunch for my now ruined birthday.
Needless to say, there are other places to wash my car in Stockton.

A waste of money and time. This is now the second time I’ve had to bring my car back because they didn’t do a good job the first time. They missed half of my tires when polishing them, the inside was never wiped down, and I still had spots on the outside of my car. This last time when I brought it back, was given attitude and asked to point out the spots they missed. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again or recommending them to anyone.

Do not wash your car HERE! My interior wasn’t even cleaned, almost looked the same. I paid for a full service car wash but I should of just paid for an exterior wash only. Plus my rims we’re still dirty. :(if you want something done the right way, it’s better to do it yourself! It was my first time going to this place but never going back again.

Worst car wash ever! They do not clean well at
all they left bugs on my windshield and front bumper and to top it off the boss Dan/​Tammy are BEYOND rude to both the customers and his employees! I witnessed him yell at them like they were animals or something… They do not care about the customers AT ALL!!! In all honesty if you’re trying to get an amazing wash go to zoom they take care of you better without the yelling and the disrespect.

Rear window not touched. Floors were not cleaned well enough and the armor always sporadic and poorly applied. Very disappointed. Won’t return

Sad to say, but we won’t be using Pacific Car Wash again. I really like Jerry Castro and thought he did a great job when he was in charge. The service was attentive and the car washes were very good — no complaints. But things have changed. I’ve been getting my cars washed at least 4 times a month for the last 15 years. The attention to detail and customer service, has seriously deteriorated over the last two years. The person at the gas pump is rude and never thanks me for my patronage. They rarely use the air compressor anymore to deal with drips on the windows and mirrors. I routinely have to dry my car and tend to dead bugs when I get home. They offer a free wash after 9 washes. On my card it reads «for any wash» yet the cashier informed me today that no longer applies. I can only have the cheapest wash. This demonstrates a lack of customer service. You should award your regular customers for their loyalty when they are buying both gas and a premium car wash. The final straw was the misuse of rags. They have two colors for a reason. The dark blue rags are for tires and gritty areas. The light blue rags are for windows and painted surfaces. I don’t want my new truck being scratched with gritty rags, but that’s what they did today. No concern for which rags were being used. A serious lack of training. There was no manager or person of authority in sight.

I used to think this place was overpriced. And then I moved to Southern California. I always get consistently clean cars whenever I’m here. It’s efficient. What more do you want?

Hubby has been going here for years. But out of convenience we started going to Zoom on Hammer. Big mistake! They do a horrible job there. Here they put more effort into it and do a good job. My car is constantly dirty because of where I live, so I appreciate them taking the time to make it look good. Keep up the good work.

It was alright, I got the 16.99 basic wash, they vacuum clean inside dash board & exterior. But they didn’t really take the trash out my car or get in between my cup holders. So it wasn’t all that great. THE LITTLE THINGS COUNT.

These fools broke my smart key — must of run over it — was smashed to bits.
Nothing but lies after lies.
Manager on duty was a joke — tried blaming me for their negligence —
Plus the owner will not call me back.
So if you don’t mind having your property damaged, dealing with fools that take no responsibility and an owner that don’t give a darn what happens… be my guest.
I’ll give my money to businesses with integrity.

This place always does great hand washes and if you get the 20 $ wash you get
30 cents off your gas per gallon CHEVERON GAS THE BEST!

If you need a car wash between 5 and 5:30 this is where you should go. Mainly because every other place closes at 5.
However, don’t expect to get anything shampooed because apparently those ppl don’t have the same hours of operation… What are those hours? Who knows all I got was that they were already gone and that I had just missed them… Not helpful at all.
Bottom line the customer service was disappointing, the wash was mediocre and with that said the prices are too high. I don’t mind paying for a great car wash and great customer service but this just wasn’t it.

$ 17.00 for a car wash is steep, and then they forget to wash the mirrors, both of them. Really? Why is it so hard to find a good car wash out here?

This is the better of the other car washes in Stockton the outside manager actually works along side his other cleaners he has been doing this for years. He is always kind and very efficient.
They actual use a air hose to blow out all the edges if our car so the water does not blow back after you leave.

One of the only car washes in town that washes by hand.
I’m thinking its because the wash machinery is broken
and they don’t want to pay to fix/​update it?
Anyway, they do a decent job washing the car. There are
two employees… one on each side. First they spray the
car down then mop it with big fuzzy soapy mittens.
It then goes through a couple of automated rinse
cycles…that sometimes do not get all of the soap off.
I hate when there is soap left on the car finish.
The drying/​detailing process leaves a bit to be desired.
Sometimes it’s good… sometimes it’s rushed and not
quite as thorough… especially on the rims.
But it’s that way at most car washes…
If I didn’t have gift certificates for this business,
I probably wouldn’t be going here.
