We offers classes and painting parties to children, teens, and adults. Here at Millie’s Art Korner we offer lessons in Fine Art in several mediums; tailoring each lesson to each student’s skill. Several of our students and alumni have gone on to become working and award winning fine artists and illustrators.

History

Established in 2015.

Millie’s Art Korner is a long standing art program designed to develop the creative process and observation skills of children and adults. We explore the principles and elements of art in the traditional method of the Fine Art Masters. We learn to see the world with artist eyes. We have been happily serving the San Joaquin Valley for more than a decade.

Business Owner

I have always been a creative person and making art as far back as I can remember. I began my career working with children by obtaining a degree in Child Development and of course becoming a mother and wife. I’ve had a lot of fun and gained tremendous experience over my 17 years working with children and families in my early career pursuits as a Head Start Teacher and my time driving school bus for Stockton Unified to finally teaching art for the past decade. I have natural ability to work with all ages and skill levels. Art is my passion and I have apprenticed under Master Artists Ava Avione and Nadine Merrill Persson. Teaching aspiring artists is what makes me happiest. Owning my own art school where I can share my knowledge in the realm of art is truly a dream come true!
