Thanks for being so helpful. I feel confident that I can trust them, they tell me when I need something, when I don’t or when I will need it. As a Senior Citizen I feel safe going there. They have GREAT customer service and they will even bring me home and pick me up when my car is ready. Last visit I mentioned that I would like nicer wheels. They helped me pick out the perfect new wheels to go with my new tires! Thanks Mike and Pablo!

Been going here for 3 years now. They have one of the best and friendliest staffs. People get upset because they tell the truth and what needs to be fixed first since it is important, and people just don’t want to listen. My drive back and forth work everyday is 148 miles, so I trust these guys to make sure my car is tip top shape, which they don’t disappoint.

I do not trust them anymore. Their charges are way higher than the part actually costs. If you ever to go there please do your research well so that you know exactly what to ask. They mislead you a lot of times. You will be surprised that they have so much margin even in the smallest things you get fixed. Be aware of that incase you need to go there. I will not recommend them.

Best customer service. Came here to get an alignment done, took care of me and they even gave me a discount when I told them I just bought new tires. Didn’t even ask for the deal and still they gave it to me. Will come here again. Oh, and the job was done right when they said it would.

They are very nice and helpful. Being someone that didnt really know much about cars, I didn’t want to get ripped off. Apparently newer cars need to get a more expensive oil so one of the mechanics let me know but the was so condensing at first so I was going to just leave however, the manager was very nice and helped me understand my car and the procedure that had to take place. Hence I feel like that manager is why I give the four stars!

Their transmission fluid ruined my tranny in less than 15k miles, they use generic fluid with an additive, do not do business with them, they have caused me a massive headache because of this. Stay clear.

Worst time management I have ever seen my time meant nothing to them. I have a company vehicle, so some things have to be called for approval and Bill knew it. I came in for a oil change and had the tire light on, so maybe I had a nail in one. I knew the tires were about ready to be changed, so I told them to check them and change them if they got the ok. Bill had told me it would take about twenty minutes to get the tires so in the time they were doing the oil change you would think he would check the tires and call for the ok to replace them. «Not a clue Bill“did not do that he waited till I asked again about the tires, this is after the oil change was done and the van was out in the parking lot so it has been an hour wait so far. After another twenty minutes I asked if the van is ready to go and if so I want to go. Bill comes out of the office and says he has the ok for four new tires after a hour and half he got the ok and expects me to wait anouther 20 minutes for them to go get the tires and the time it takes to put them on. Bill lost the tire sale and I will never take my car or the company van back ever again.

Don’t go to this place except for the very simplest of things! My experience with Midas unfortunately taught me again the old lesson of «you get what you pay for.» In order to save a couple hundred bucks (over dealership charges) to replace a timing belt, I decided to go with these guys (although previously I had only used them for brakes, or an oil change). MISTAKE!
They also recommended that I replace the water pump at the same time, since they were going to be working in the area. Well guess what, the crappy replacement they put in failed in 4 years (the old one was 10 years old and working fine) and now I’m stuck with a repair bill 2x PLUS what the original costs were.
Bottom line, if I hadn’t tried to save 2 – 3 hundred bucks with these clowns, I probably wouldn’t be out another $ 1,500 to redo what they did… this time correctly. Shame on me. You won’t fool me again. Learn from my mistake.

The man I dealt with (not Pablo or Bill) was extremely disrespectful and tried charging me more than what I was quoted over the phone from Pablo. He was rude and his customer service was extremely dissatisfying. I’ve never had a problem with this place and always deal with Pablo, who is very nice and helpful. I used to recommend them but now will not be recommending them to anyone and will no longer be getting my car maintenance done here.

I went there to get a nail pulled from my tire. They said No problem come back in an hour. I came back after 2 hours and it was ready to go. they said they found a second nail in another tire and repaired it as well.
Only charged $ 30 for both! Very good service. I will come back

Came in for a check engine light. told me it wood take 1 hour so asked if they could give me a ride to barnes and noble. they did. fixed the problem then picked me up. not trying to sell me the unnecessary repairs others did.

The muffler came off my daughters 1992 volvo, I gave them a call just before closing time and they asked me to bring it in so they could check it out. Clean comfortable waiting area with chairs, windows, t.v., and magazines.
Exhaust system repaired for a good price in less then an hour, with no appointment just before closing time.
Great service, I will be back…
