My husband and I helped our daughter install bamboo flooring over her concrete floor. It looks terrific! We had no experience installing flooring, but took the class Craig teaches on Sundays. It was very informative. Craig was recommended by a co-​worker and he was most helpful with answering questions about the products and the installation. He knows his stuff! Wish I met him 7 years ago when we remodeled our house. We would have wood instead of carpet!

This place is the real deal. Where can you go for expertise, high-​quality, and budget-​friendly material all in one place? The staff is by far the friendliest group of people I’ve ever seen in the flooring industry. I like honesty. I love knowing I’m getting the best bang for my buck, and that’s exactly what I get every time I step into this store. After recently purchasing a home again, I stopped in to get some advice on how I should go about redoing all floors. Not only did I get great project ideas but I had someone explain what to expect for short/​long term expectations when it came to purchasing tile/​laminate, etc. This is really important to understand as you can plan on what works best for your living situation. (Untrained pets, children, dirty roomies, etc. — you get where I’m going…)
I’ve read several reviews on here and I keep hearing about this Craig dude. yea quite a character. Everything there is to know about flooring and install — he’s got you covered. (Don’t let the shaggy ginger beard throw you off… he knows his sh*t!) He set me up with delivery service from another store (San Jose) as I had a time constraint in getting all the material delivered before the upcoming Easter weekend. I had a goal to try and flip my home in just about a week. He made it happen! It was quite impressive to see the whole flooring for the house delivered right before I needed it to start my project. I am very impressed with the quality and look of everything I ordered.

Went to lumber liquidators today to get some edging for my floors. I have been to a bunch of different places and they told me that it would cost anywhere from $ 200 to $ 350 to get the flooring edges. I came in today and Johnny and Adam were truly amazing they were able to help me find the flooring that I needed for only $ 3 yep I said it just $ 3. They were friendly attentive and truly amazing I hope that all of the customer service at Flooring Liquidators is like this thank you so much guys. I wish I could give them more than five stars to they truly deserve 5000 Stars.

Had a great experience buying our totally awesome bamboo flooring from this store! Craig was really helpful and really knowledgeable about how to install and had great advice and tips. He also offers a class every other Sunday to those looking to install their own floors. It was great. Thanks Craig! We are still in the middle of installing and its going super fab!

Ordered my flooring through Johnny, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He called me to come pick it up the day he had promised it would be ready, which was really nice. When I picked it up yesterday, Craig greeted me and went to check on the product. Then both Johnny and Craig loaded all of the boxes very carefully into the back of my truck, all the while being friendly and polite. Thanks guys for your assistance, it’s greatly appreciated!

Me and my husband just purchased new flooring from here, Craig was extremely helpful, and never pushy! Which is really refreshing, because I feel at specialty stores like this the employees are way to pushy, and end up scaring away customers. At lumber liquidators you feel welcomed, they know you by name, and I am so far very pleased with our service!

My contractor, Ronnie Knight (best contractor in the world), sent me to Lumber Liquidators for the flooring pad for our bedroom remodel. We unfortunately purchased our laminate flooring at Costco, thinking other stores couldn’t beat the price or quality. Lumber Liquidators had better pricing, and a great selection of quality flooring. Craig couldn’t have been more helpful; he’s super knowledgable about flooring and as friendly as can be. We will be using Lumber Liquidators for all of our flooring needs moving forward. 5 stars all the way!

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff! Matt and Craig were patient with all our questioning and no one is overly pushy on making a sale. Perfect prices for the bamboo we decided on. Overall one of the easiest shopping trips during our remodel!

Overall great experience! I believe the man who helped us was named Craig and he was very knowledgeable about the products they offered. He helped us find the right flooring we were looking for. Very personable guy which made the shopping experience very pleasant. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for or considering new flooring in their home. Prices are reasonable & employees were very helpful.

I was thrilled when I learned that Lumber Liquidators had opened a store in Stockton. I had been driving at least an hour to Rancho Cordova or Modesto.
This store is in a more appealing location than most of LL’s other locations, which is not crucial to my liking the store, but is very nice. In addition to the shiny new storeroom, they have the same great prices and selection, which is why I look to LL for flooring.
The staff here are the best, and the layout of the store is a little different. Instead of one big counter, there are three separate ones throughout the showroom. It’s a good change.
I was psyched to find that they now carry butcher block counter tops. I had been putting off finishing my kitchen remodel because I couldn’t decide on material. Granite is so expensive! I purchased walnut butcher block, and it is just gorgeous. I was easily able to install it myself. All that was needed was cutting to length, light sanding (progressively down to 220), and finishing with mineral oil (to add water-​resistance, and to give it a satiny lustre). All in, I paid around $ 1200, and I have durable countertops that are a nice change from the typical stone.

Craig has been extremely patient with my husband and I as we are planning out our new flooring… Very helpful and awesome customer service.
Bamboo flooring was our choice…
The sample that was given to us, was a tool to pull up old flooring. Very durable.
