Dreadful customer service. Walked into store with 4 sales people, one of of which was a manager. Only 2 other customers in the store and I still was not greeted. I actually walked in and browsed for a while, selected multiple items(translation: I was carrying quite a bit of clothing in my arms and no one ever offered to open up a fitting room or even said hi) and went up to the front — STILLNO greeting! Once I reached the front, the manager was at the cashwrap speaking to two of the employees about company gossip. I stood there for almost TEN minutes watching them carry on a conversation about who said what to whom and then finally the manager turns to me and says, «Are you ready?» Yeah…like TEN minutes ago. Manager does not honor LB coupons that other stores honor. Manager is condescending and overall acted as though I were bothering her by making a triple digit purchase. By this point, I really wanted to drop my purchases and just walk out, but the items that I had were ones for which I had been looking for quite some time and were sold out at the other store in town as well as online. I will not be back there however, I don’t care if they have the Holy Grail for half price. I’ve worked retail for 10 years including managerial/keyholder positions. They need to fire the entire Trinity Pkwy staff and start fresh. They certainly need to get rid of the manager there because if her customer service skills are so awful, one can’t expect too much better from the staff.

Love LB but with registers down i waited for 20+ minutes.(i work retail. its not a exaggerated 20+minutes either) found more item to buy. hubby waiting. they plainly said no when i asked for a discount for waiting. while other shoppers left. Not even a «im sorry no».will be going to the other store in town.

This Lane Bryant store is by far the WORST lane Bryant store I have EVER shopped in! EVERYTIME I need to return something or exchange, there is an issue. The staff does not want to help, I have shopped at Lane Bryant stores for many years, this store is horrible! No customer service, judgmental, very condescending in the way they speak to customers. I have witnessed the staff being rude to other customers. Once my husband bought me a coat via lane Bryant mail order, I needed to return it because I lost a lot of weight, my husband took the coat to this store and was hassled, when the return finally did come through on our credit card it wasn’t for the whole amount, but before that, my husband had to call the credit card company because it was taking so long to post. The c.c. Co said no transaction had been reversed or credited, my husband then called the Lane Bryant store in trinity Pkwy, they told him they had credited the credit card 20 days before. Not according to the credit card co. As I said, this is the only lane Bryant store I have ever had problems in. I don’t even live in Stockton, this store is just the closest one to me, as I live 45 minutes from Stkn. If I could give a more negative review and add 0 stars I would!!! Horrible, very disappointed!

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. However, I wanted to be measured and it took them 5 – 7 minutes because the Lane Bryant associate helped customer in fitting room. Then the manager handled 2 customers at the register. I didn’t like that the manager refused to override the system on the 2 regular priced purchases I wanted to buy that should have received a 40%. She had the ability to gain a regular faithful customer but refused to utilize her authority. Considering I do have a Lane Bryant credit card the manager didn’t really recognize my purchase power. I wanted to make her Lane Bryant location my regular purchase place since I’m in Stockton over twice a month but for this store they missed their opportunity.

Best Customer service at this Lane Bryant Store!!! The ladies here are helpful and friendly. All customers are greeted and informed of the deals that are in progress… Excellent job ladies keep up the good work!!!

I’m sad. Lane Bryant has been so good to me these last couple of years. Haven’t been really dieting… just making some changes and managed to lose 40 pounds… 4 dress sizes… half a shoe size and 2 ½ ring sizes in a year. I am now in the smallest size that Lane Bryant offers. It is sad… but also a happy occasion. They are having a 40% off sale today. That amount is taken off of your total bill. The girls in the store are always so sweet. And thank God I usually find a parking space right outside the door. I wouldn’t want to whither away to bones working out too much.
