Kemper CPA has been doing our taxes for years and does an excellent job. Christine and her staff are very efficient and knowledgeable. When I have any questions or issues she responds immediately in a very professional manner. Best part of her service is that she has saved us money on our tax returns.

Kristine at the kemper group lacks the knowledge that a CPA needs to have to do their job right. Because of her lack of understanding of all tax codes and where the certain expenses should go on a form resulted in us getting a refund that was $ 3000.00 less than what we could have. The mistake was not found until we (my husband and I) were looking to buy a home and because of very strict rules of obtaining a loan these days, the loan officer pointed out that a certain schedule was not filed for year 2007 which was filed all other years. When we asked Kristine she called back with the GOOD NEWS that she just did not create the schedule because she put that expense some other place resulting in more taxes owed than necessary. She did not apologize for her mistake. I was outraged, because of her mistake we let IRS keep 3K for almost 2 years. We did get our additional refund back. But had it not been for the loan officer going line by line to approve our loan we would have never gone back to 2007 taxes and have 3k less in our pocket that was well deserved back to us anyways. Needless to say we took our business somewhere else.
