Just The Tip Vapors

So today i walked in the store to get some juice. Ready to check out the guy that helped me said that there was a sale going on. So i just bought a battery just cause of the sale. Came home left it to charge. Come to find out the batter was no good. Wasn’t too happy

So I stopped by nearly months before to drop off a faulty ecig, two in fact i bought from this store. They promised to replace it within the Joyetech Warranty… It’s been nearly 5 –6 months. No calls back, manager or whatever has never called me back after i left countless messages. Joyetech supposely got in contact with Ashley Davis, the owner, but even Joyetech said nothing. So I’m shit out of 200+ cause they cannot replace their products that they sold. Really?

Stopped by yesterday to pick up 1 bottle of juice and a filter for my mvp2 vape could not believe how low on stock they were literally the shelves were emptyI asked if they were going out of business Dawn advised me problems with distributors I find this hard to believe. Companies want to send product plus there is Fedex overnight UPS overnight delivery. This business has been having a lot of issues and recently I’ve been going to Ziggys because of the awesome deals they give loyal customers re; buy a box of filters get discount buy more than 1 bottle juice get a discount. I had been asking Just The Tip when they were going to start loyalty program they just keep saying we’re working on it. Really lets be real vaping is more expensive than smoking, the batteries, the filters, the juice, etc,. So if you can get deals when u continually purchase product u appreciate any deal u can get. I just hope Just The Tip doesn’t close because than Ziggys will have a monopoly and prices can increase next option is to start purchasing off the internet really if it wasn’t for shipping prices I would have switched already plus now my local gas station has juice, not the best but it works in a pinch. Really disappointed in Just The Tip.

My sister, who had previously purchased a vape from this shop, had told me what great people and service she had received and highly recommended them to me when I decided to quit smoking. And she was most correct, I am totally impressed with the great service that I received! Michael helped me and he could not have been any more helpful!!! Product is great, I have not smoked since, it’s been over two weeks now. I left Michael with my pack of cigarettes to hang on the wall! I would highly recommend this store!!! Thanks so much Michael!

Alright. So basically the manager here is the shit. He’s super nice and knows just about everything you’ve ever wanted to know about vaping. :)

I went a couple days ago for my vape pen, I believed it was broken. I went in & met Dawn. She was so patient with me. All it was is I untwisted my tank lol. She took the time to teach me on how to take care of my vape pen. She is soooooo knowledgeable… I’m coming in a month to buy one of the bigger vaporizers she was talking about.

Joel was so very helpful. He has a grand knowledge of vaporizers, accessories and your best personal set-​up. It’s so awesome how juices are mixed to your liking on-​site. I’ll be a regular customer for surely.

Everytime i come here, i immediately get greeted right as i walk in. Ive purchased alot of setups here from my basic vape pen all the way up to my mods. Mike is always there to answer all my questions (i always have them) and to assist with my builds. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly. Sometimes its gets real busy and they are still attentive to you. This is really important from the return customer to the first timer. Highly recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone looking to stop smoking cigarettes and wanting great customer service.

Customer service and quality was great. Went in and was immediately helped by Michael. He answered my questions and helped the bf with a new purchased of a K100 which he loves. I was on a look out for a new vape for a gift and got a starter kit. Which is always good to start off with. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks Just The Tip Vapors, I will be back (:

First time here coming from San Jose and this place is nice and the staff are really down to earth and friendly. They helped my friend with a new mod and they answer every question we ask and they are just great! I highly recommend this place if you are on want to quit smoking or for your vaping needs.

I went into this spot one week after they had open. Came in and said «finally a spot in stockton.» Ashley and Nate are really cool/​chill people. Their customer service is great, products they carry are great, and are always willing to go beyonds on customer needs. Seeing this spot grow is great. Keep doing what your doing…

i haven’t. written a review in awhile but this place deserves a review. Came in for a new battery but was glad my old battery was salvaged thanks to Nathan. Very very helpful and an excellent job. These people know what their doing and have great customer service. Every single person is greeted coming though the door even if its an employee! very much feel welcomed. Will return for sure. Only thing they didn’t have are starting kits so i had to take my friend to Ziggys. Other than that this place has all you need will recrecommend commend Happy camper

Best Vapor Shop in Central California! They gave my mom a cool setup for her first time vaping and she loves it. ADV (All Day Vape) juices, solid mods, variety of tip, and best of all the customer service is amazing! When i walked in it was surprisingly empty when usually there are alot of people! Which was just fine for me.
I knew i wanted a vape just didn’t know which one to go with. Nathan was there to answer all my question’s and concerns. So helpful he was willing to check out my old vape and try to figure out was wrong but i didn’t have it on me at the time.
If you are thinking about going vape this is the place to be! Wide variety of flavors and above all… you can try it.;

Came here earlier with a buddy of mine who wanted to get some supplies for his vape.
It’s a nice little store, with a decent selection of batteries, liquid, and vape accessories. But what really stood out to me was the customer service. Nathan an Ashley were amazingly helpful. Nathan helped my buddy out with the rebuilding, and definitely knew what he was talking about. While Ashley let me sample some of the flavors. They were very professional, and make you feel comfortable while you’re deciding. They also didn’t push us into buying anything we didn’t want/​need like a lot of shops I’ve been to seem to do.
Will definitely be back.

I am very pleased with my first visit to this place! It’s easy to find, it’s well lit, it’s clean and very nice inside. No complaints on location or feel of the store.
The owners are awesome! I am not too experienced about Vapors, so Ashely walked us through from start to finish explaining things. She did not try to be pushy and sell us the most expensive or any «extras». She was very honest, informative, and direct. Great customer service is really what brings people back as well as knowledge and a pleasing atmosphere. This place has it all!
Previous to visiting here I only inquired a out Vapors at one other place. It was in Pacifica and in a smoke shop and he wanted double what I paid here, as well as could not tell me a thing about the vaporizer. So glad I waited!!!
