Jacks Screen Printing

I must say I’m very disappointed with this business. I called several weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman about what I needed done. I was instructed to email what I wanted on the shirts and I did this right away as I was in a hurry, which I told the man on the phone. In my email I repeated that I needed this done ASAP as I was already behind schedule. I NEVER heard back! A few days later I went to the store, spoke with someone and told them AGAIN I needed it asap and was told I would have a mock up of a design by Friday. It has been a week and a half since then and I have heard NOTHING!!! I called and left a message asking for someone to return my call as I was checking up on the progress of things and it has been 3 days since that call and I have yet to hear back. I would not recommend this business which is too bad as I know people that have used them before. It takes 2 seconds to call a person and let them know what’s up. If you’re busy and can’t get to my things then fine, but let me know… don’t just ignore it and waste my time.

Jack’s is THE place to go for screen printing! He is friendly and quick! The quality and turn around is beyond expectations. He is very afforable and has done several jobs for me already.

Im so glad I found this place. I needed a screen print done ASAP for a funeral in an hour. When I called he told me he’ll get it done within my time requested. Very professional and convenient. Price is VERY reasonable. Thanks Jack’s will return and recommend friends and family.
