Sheila McClain, C.C.M. provides coaching and mediation services to individuals, couples, families, employees and employers. We will work together to find the strengths of each client (s) and to integrate this into their business, employee/​employer interaction, and personal relationships.

Our focus is to create a healthy mind, body, and environment for the client (s). Sessions are $ 75 for 90 minute session, student rate is $ 50(adult or youth attending school) for 90 minute session. Group rate for coaching and/​or mediation will vary and will depend on what is to be achieved.

Social Media Management/​Promoting rates: $ 35.00 per hour. Call for free consultation for your social media concerns, management, and growth. This service is provided for individuals and businesses (single and multiple locations can be created and managed).

We offer a free 60 minute information/​coaching session to each customer who would like to learn additional information, to experience a coaching session, and be able to make a decision to utilize the life coaching/​mediation services that are provided by Sheila McClain, C.C.M.

Professional services that are provided: personal and business coaching, mediation, social media management and promoting, organization, time management, coping skills in high stress situations, research, strategic planning, guilt-​free accountability, non-​judgmental environment, confidentiality, sounding board, brainstorming, goal setting.

History

Established in 2007.

Sheila gained her Coaching Certification through iPEC’s Coaching 10 month course. She is certified to provide coaching in the areas of business and personal areas.

In 2008, she received her Certification in Mediation.



Sheila enjoys creating differences/​improvements in her client’s professional and personal lives. Coaching has become the passion in her life. Sheila is determined to assist each client to achieve the desired place to be in their business and personal life. She has coached wide range of ages (11 to 88 yrs old).

Sheila has provided motivational workshops/​seminars in schools and at the Lodi Chambers.

Business Owner

Sheila McClain is 50 yrs old and a proud single mother of four beautiful children.

She is currently living in Stockton, Ca. She has been in the Central Valley for 40 years.

She has enjoyed personal development since graduating from Lincoln High School in 1984. Sheila transferred from Heald College in 2013 to National University to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Sociology.

Sheila enjoys being active with her family, enjoying refreshing walks with her children and her dogs, Cheyenne and Julie. Bicycling, rafting and Wetbiking are a few of fun activities that the Central Valley offers her. Sheila enjoys training, walking her dogs and works with other pet owners, coaching them and training their dogs. She admires the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Milan’s techniques and beliefs.
