Sudha is a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner, has over 20 years of experience in the accounting, audit and finance areas. Sudha worked at various CPA firms including Ernst & Young and gained broad range of experience. Sudha performed audits of multi-​billion dollar companies like AMD, Hewlett Packard as well as exempt organizations such as Alameda county housing authority, Santa Clara County Child Care Center. Sudha also performs SEC compliance work for publicly traded companies including Sox compliance, S-​1 filings, 10K, 10Q, 8K and proxy statements. Sudha’s expertise expands to providing technical guidance to complex transactions includig divestitures & carve-​outs, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, debt restructuring and share-​based compensation and others.
