Came with my sister and her daughter. The doctor who saw my sis was good and outgoing person and the one who sees my niece is moody and rude. Their costumer service is poor. So I’m not coming back here again, I didn’t like it.

This review is for their MARCH LANE office. Only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is the doctor my son saw was wonderful. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Otherwise it would have been 1. Wait time was long. And what made our experience so poor was the customer service from the front desk. Rude, rude, rude. It’s obvious they lack proper training and customer service skills.

This is not my regular eye doctor. I had a severe viral eye case going on last week. Thinking it would go away… it didn’t. And I waited until the day before going out of town to start making some phone calls.
My regular eye place saw me and immediately referred me to Dr. Contreras… on a Saturday. A SATURDAY!
Bravo… 1 drop, 4 times a day and I am bright eyed again.
