Aaron’s Pool Service and Repair

We THANKFULLY just ended our service with Aaron’s today.
Aaron appears to be knowledgeable of the pool service industry however, his service fell short time and time again. We had to constantly contact him regarding pumps running all night, switches being turned around, timing issues and basic items.
The most unprofessional part are the CONSTANT TEXT messages. If you contact Aaron with an issue ASKING to have him CALL YOU he will proceed to send paragraphs of text messages attempting to request you to have a text discussion rather than a normal, verbal conversation. Even when we’d asked Aaron to come by to discuss issues he was more driven on the current/​past due bill rather than the issue. There were times he would show up WITHOUT notice to discuss assuming it was ‘okay’ to come by (early in the am on a weekend). The text messages was the final draw as not only were they RUDE and very ‘matter-​of-​fact’ he clearly did not care about professionalism.
UNLIKE most contractors who work for customers, Aaron proceeds to pull his older pool truck/​van into clients driveways rather than utilize street parking. When my husband asked him to move his vehicle he indicated that ‘you guys are usually not home when i come’.
We have contacted a pool repair technician because our equiptment is now leaking and having issues. Extremely unusual considering our pool build was complete in May 2015! In fear something was done INCORRECTLY, we are awaiting the results of the inspection.
There are so many examples of WHY NOT to use this company.
