Master Nails

I waited an hour to get my lashes done. However, the very next day, the individual lash started to come off. So I called to speak to Vanna. She informed me that there would be a charge of $ 5. Why I asked, she said that she could not control what happened when I walked out of the salon. So that same day, I went in and paid the $ 5 that she requested. The very next day, the other lash started to come off, along with the replaced lash from the previous day. Nevertheless, I do not plan to return.

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 6 months now. I always receive good customer service when I visit the salon. I go to Teresa for my nails and she does an awesome job. I visited several other nail salons when I moved to the area and I just was not satisfied. Teresa actually listens to how I want my nails shaped, etc. and does exactly what I ask to make sure I am satisfied. She aims to please. She has never once made me feel rushed and sometimes she even adds in a shoulder massage at the end of my service. At the salon they use lotions that smell and feel really good. About 3 or 4 months ago I started letting Venna do my eyebrows because I just wasn’t satisfied with the service that I received at neighboring salons. I was very particular about how I wanted my eyebrows arched because I prefer wax and tweezers only, no razors. Venna was able to accommodate me even though that is not the usual request of her many other customers. The other staff always seems kind to customers and I personally like the décor of the nail salon. As long as I am living in Stockbridge I will continue to go to Master Nails for my services.

I have been a long time customer of Master Nails Vanna, and have never had a bad experience. I have had just about every service there and they all have been pleasant. If there was a problem with lash or nail Vanna is the type of person that care for her clients and will fix issue. I will not let any one touch brows but her, and will wait turn to get them done. Service felt rushed and did not do what I asked. All I wanted was a fix and refill. Can’t believe tipped them!

I went yesterday to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done I have been going to her on every now and than. But this particular day the lashes on lasted 12 hours after paying 33 for individuals … I went back to her first thing this morning she tells me is he knows what happen and she would discount them for me. no they done for free. The should have lasted two weeks. No water around the yeses. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But never go back.

The service, a pedicure, was mediocre at best.
The environment was terrible: loud tvs, even louder employees, dated and cluttered décor.
Also, I asked for one pedicure and was told a price. When I had to leave, after an hour and 45 minutes, the price was different.

I frequent a lot of nail salons and this one is by far my favorite. Yes, it’s far from Atlanta (about 25 minutes south of Midtown), but it’s so hard to find a really good nail shop that is clean, sanitary, extremely professional and meticulous. I used to go to Angel Nails on Ponce until they cut me and that was it – I can’t stand to see the sight of my own blood.
Master Nails has this awesome dead sea salt scrub they use on your hands and feet (and its free) that will leave it baby soft. They also have hot stone massages for your arches. If you’ve never been here, it’s worth the drive. And if you want to make a day out of hanging in Stockbridge, I suggest going to the Chicken House for authentic Mexican.
