They are very good and detailed. I’ve been here several times. They are friendly and very thorough with cleaning and detailing. And even give a scent for the car. They also changed my oil for free when I got a detail package.

I’ve been here two times now. Once on a Saturday morning and another time after work on a weekday. I got a hand wash the first time and full interior cleaning. The second time I just got an exterior wash and hand dry. Their location is great, they are quick and efficient, they also have great monthly plans if you come a lot. They have a lot of regulars and their pricing is decent. On the inside there’s plenty of seating, computers, free wifi, and massage chairs for the customers. They do a great job every time I go, I’m not super picky like examining my car for details. It looks good to me and I haven’t ever noticed anything that they’ve missed or didn’t do. I’ll be back again for a wax so I will update my review at a later date. Definitely give it this place a try! Why the 4 stars? The hand wash and interior cleaning took between 45 mins– 1 hour when I was one of the first customers there on a Saturday morning. Not a huge inconvenience though.

I went there for the first time yesterday and I was simply amazed! Their customer service skills were excellent! I was shocked to see free massage chairs, a little computer station, and a snacks on the inside. I absolutely loved the massage chairs and my husband enjoyed playing games on the computer while we waited. We were in and out within 20 minutes and I drive a Dodge Durango so I was amazed that they were done so quickly and my vehicle was super clean. I didn’t have to tell them to go over any spots or anything. Being a mommy of four my car should have been a challenge but they honestly cleaned it to perfection, and this is the only place I will take my car to be cleaned and the prices were affordable and economical.

Wandered into this car wash. I am a freak for excellence and good customer service. They impressed me with their excellent work and frendlines. They have my buisness!!!

Would have given them more stars but since the handle for my vent was broken and they neglected to tell me I’m only giving them one. And now I’m out of town I can’t even go back to complain.

Absolutely excellent service, for both an oil change and a car wash. Staff and management (because I had a slight issue with my car) was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee, magazine, and internet service is also provided
I highly recommend this spot for anyone. It’s actually worth me driving half an hour to come here.

Had a great first experience at ELAS. Brought my Jeep in that was extremely dirty from two snow/​ice storms with salt and grime. They made it look like new in record time. I’ve always taken my vehicles to other, more well known car washes but the quality and value I got from ELAS is above and beyond any I have ever used. You won’t find better in the Atlanta area. WIll definitely be coming back for both vehicles.

So I came here on a reference, which I love to do because that means someone I know and trust had a good experience. So when I got there, the sign in the back only has the wash options on the sign, so I didn’t know about the detail packages. I asked for the Supreme choice (most expensive one). Then I sat and waited. Trina came in and I asked her to wash the front carpets and she added that into the package. Then her brother came in and told me I needed front light buffering (which I did). So that was an extra $ 45 to the $ 36 package.
Well, when they were done — I went into the car and checked it out. The cup holders were filthy, the gear shifter was filthy, the hand brake was filthy, the inside of the mirror was still marked up with old parking sticker marks, the leather seats were filthy (coffee stains still on it), the back seat still had the garbage I left on it because I knew I was getting a wash and etc. I’m not usually this dirty but I just completed a 5 day road trip, so you can imagine. So I grabbed a rag myself and started wiping down the seats in the back and the hand brake and etc. I asked Trina about this and she said that there would have been a more thorough cleaning had I paid for the detailing package. Ummm… I was already paying over $ 80 and put in $ 12 for tips — I would assume that my wash would be thorough enough.
Anyway, if I had such a bad experience why do I leave a 3 star rating? Well, because when I pointed out the dirtiness left behind after the cleaning — Trina herself and another employee went in and did another 10 minutes of cleaning. Also, the buffing of my headlights came out awesome!
Due to the great customer service, I will return again. Hopefully next time, I don’t have to do the cleaning myself after paying almost $ 100 in fees.

This review is ONLY about the car wash/​detail services. These people do a wonderful job and they know how to listen. I purchased one of their packages but declined 2 of the services (I didn’t want all that spray goop on my tires and dashboard). They did exactly as I asked and the vehicle looks great. Except for the wash-‘n-go, their packages are a little pricey. That’s not a complaint-​just be ready to pay a little extra for premium quality service. One of the people went over the whole car to make sure I was happy and even showed me some minor carpet stains, which they could treat for an extra ten dollars. I declined but at least they reviewed their own work. I highly recommend this family run business. The best part, IMHO: I didn’t get any snotty looks or comments from any of the employees but «thank you» from all of them. This place has my business forever. It is well worth the price.

This is a very good car wash! Friendly, family-​owned business. Attention to detail and they do a very good job! It was SO hot yesterday when I had my car washed, yet these guys spent a lot of time making sure my car was shiny and very clean! I’ll definitely go back.

They did a great job detailing my car. On top of that they also provide excellent and friendly service. I’ll be back again for sure!
