We are a family and cosmetic dental office providing quality treatment to informed patients in a comfortable and convenient setting. Dr. Adkins is a graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry and served as a dentist in the United States Navy before entering private practice. Our experienced staff of professionals will work to provide you with excellent dental healthcare.

History

Established in 1990.

Dr. Adkins opened his practice in 1990 while still instructing part-​time at the Emory University School of Dentistry. In 2007, he moved into his current Stockbridge location near Henry Medical Center.

I’m a relatively new patient of Dr. Adkins but I’ve had nothing but good things to say about his staff and his work.
I happen to think he is quite hilarious which helps a lot because I think going to the dentist is very stressful as it is. Plus, he’s professional, knows what he’s doing, and is good at explaining why he chooses to do one thing over another.
Some may opt for a more serious traditional dentist but I like him a lot and I’m glad we are a good fit! :)

I don’t know what that lady is talking about. Dr. Adkins is super professional. He’s handled a ton of my dental needs, and he’s always been upfront with the treatment options and the prices. He’s very amicable, and usually pretty funny. As far as I know, Dr. Adkins has all the impressive accolades one could want in a dentist. Always a pleasure to deal with

I have been going to Dr. Adkins for about 10 years. He is one of the most professional medical providers that I have ever had the opportunity to work on me. He does have a sense of humor. I consider that a positive for a Dentist. What is more important is his ability to do extensive dental work with limited pain. The filings and other work that he has done for me over these 10 years have stood the test of time and have had no problems. So, no or limited pain, excellent end product, and, a sense of humor. A good Dentist for me and my family.

This office is clean and support staff is polite and professional. However, Dr. Adkins has got to be one of the most snarky and unprofessional men I have ever met. From his first greeting «Nice to meet you. No I’m kidding. It’s not nice to meet you» to his winding a bad diagnosis into a joke about my name… this man has taken the care of out of health care. I left feeling hopeless and frightened and less 140.00 bucks. This is serious business that I needed help with, not a comedy routine. If he didn’t want to work on me, a compassionate streak of honesty would have been lovely. I attempted to leave a review on his personal contact form, but it only allows 1000 characters.
