Action Limousines

I have booked a town car for my transportation to the airport last week. Driver showed up in my driveway 10 minutes earlier, which is excellent because I like when everything is on time and he was very entertaining on our way to the airport! My driver Al had water for me in the vehicle and I can say this was one of the best experiences I had with a car service.

I booked my reservation online and it was easy. I called the phone number listed the night before my early trip the night before and it rang and rang. No one answered. Luckily the driver called and confirmed the pick up time (4:30AM). Kelly was here early and he was very friendly and talkative. The car was clean also. There is an additional free of $ 20 for early pick up. Coming back from my trip to CA, the driver did not confirm the night before, the office answered this time and the driver called me back to confirm. This driver was very polite and on time but did not have any water available in the car. He apologized, but if I am paying $ 87 plus 20% tip on top of that for a half hour car ride, there should be water available.

I used them for my wedding on 9÷20÷14. There were some issues, but their customer service was excellent and they made it right!
In this day and time, I can appreciate businesses that will go the extra mile to uphold customer satisfaction.

On September 6, 2014, I rented a limo from your company for my daughter’s 8^th birthday.
When I called to make the reservations, I spoke with Tammy who made me so excited because she was very enthusiastic and very informative. She informed me of the special you guys run– if you rent for 3 hours, you get the 4^th hour free; she told me about the red carpet you guys could lay out; she even gave suggestions as to what we could possibly do with seven 8 year old girls. She suggested the Tuxedo Limo because it was nicer and probably more fitting for girls. I was really excited and felt like my plans had finally come together!
When I called to give the payment information, I was then informed by Brandy that the 4^th hour special did not apply because it was a Saturday event. I was disappointed but went ahead with the reservation and just adjusted my plans.
On September 6^th, when the limo arrived, it was not the Tuxedo limo I expected but the all black one. I immediately asked about the Tuxedo limo and the limo driver (Nika) explained that when she arrived to pick up the Tuxedo limo, the air did not work so we had to get the black one. Again, disappointed.
The inside of the limo was also less than luxury. It was dusty and you could tell that the fleet was dated. For little girls, this would be an oversight, but for an adult… a paying adult… this was unacceptable! I paid for luxury, therefore, I expected luxury. Again, disappointed.
When the girls got in the limo, it was hot. We asked Nika to turn up the air and she said that it was on and it needed time to cool the back. This made no sense seeing as though she had just arrived at my house and why wouldn’t you have the limo cooling when picking up a customer. Again, disappointed.
Nika was very nice and she really tried to accommodate us and was very professional.
After the 1^st stop, we again loaded up in an even HOTTER car! So much so that it felt better with the windows down on a 98 degree day! AND, the radio stopped working! So here we are, seven little girls, sweating and having to listen to music through a window from the front of the car! Totally unacceptable!
Needless to say, the air never came back on, the radio never came back on and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I cannot believe that this company would allow for their fleet to be in this condition and be available for rent. They turned what was supposed to be a luxury experience into one that was far less! And put their employees in a position where they remain professional knowing that the service is a MESS!
I will NEVER rent from Action again!

Great, prompt service started from my initial phone call to place a reservation. Their phone staff was easy to work with and very accommodating.
They placed my reservation and called me the night before to confirm. Our driver, Debra D. was fantastic. She was courteous and very helpful to new Atlanta residents like ourselves in recommending areas around the city. Definitely request her if you have the chance.

We had a really great experience with Action Limousine over the weekend. Big Dave was great with accommodating our needs for a birthday party. He helped the ladies on and off the bus. He also explained all the rules patiently and even made a stop at the bathroom when we couldn’t find one. I would definitely work with them again. I’m already considering doing New Years!

I have used several car service companies in Atlanta going to/​from the airport about 3x per month. I have been really pleased with the drivers being on-​time and driving safely. I have used other companies that I won’t use anymore because the drivers drove recklessly.

I rented a stretch Hummer Limo for my girls bachorlette party 2 weeks ago. The customer service agent, who ended up being the limo driver, was very prompt in returning a quote for the service. For a last minute reservation I was happy to have found a company with the fleet to accomodate my request. In addition to the limo, I requested a bottle of champagne and alcohol-​free beverages be available for the guests.
Pam arrived to the pick up spot on time, and rolled out the red carpet (literally). My girlfriend, who was the bride, looovvveed this! She was all smiles. Pam was courteous and professional and made the evening a great one. Rolling up to our restaurant and the strip club in a stretch Hummer was alot of fun.
The only complaint I have about the «limo» was… the glasses in the back of the limo were dirty. In addition, the champagne wasn’t real champagne, and actually tasted awful (more like a super sweet moscato). I requested that she stop at a Package store so that I could get better alcoholic beverages. She obliged, so all was not lost.
If I could make one suggestion to the company that would be to clean/​aerate the limo to rid it of the «wasted alcohol smell» from previous passengers, and also to provide fresh clean glasses for each client.
The interior of the limo was what I expected from the pictures, and easily could fit 16 people. Would I rent from this company again if I were in the area… absolutely! We had a great experience overall.

These guys are the utmost professionals and have been taking care of me (and my family) and our limo needs for 18 (wow) years. It’s funny to think of using a service so often that it just becomes second nature, but with Action Limo, it has. Book my plane ticket, rent a car, book a hotel, book the Action Limo to take me to and from the airport.
Clarence and his drivers are the best — they are prompt, courteous and so pleasant to have on the drive to wherever you might be headed. These guys are always very careful with my bags and even bring them into my house and ask me where to put them. They call me if they even think they might be late picking me up (which they never are) and when I land, I have a voicemail and a text message on my cell letting me know they are waiting in the cell phone lot and let them know when I have my bags (my choice).
Look, you can get the whole «stand at the top of the escalator with a sign with my name» treatment if you want, but why? I just want to get home and I’m no delicate flower, I can get my bags off the carousel myself. I would rather have a nice driver meet me at the curb (in a suit) greet me, grab my bag and open the door for me and take care of the rest — white glove service to me. This is what I get with Action.
We have been using these guys so long that when my father passed away, all I had to do was call Clarence, tell him what happened and give him my brother’s flight info (a red-​eye from San Fran) and my brother was taken care of (sign and all) and pampered all the way to our front door and in his bed for a nap by 6am (a mear 12 hours later). That is what I call service.
These guys know what they are doing and for me, the price is always right. You get what you pay for with Action — and for me it is worth every penny.

I was traveling with a group of six out of the country. We used Action Limousine for our transportation to and from the airport in Atlanta. The drivers each way were timely, professional, and friendly. The service was reasonably priced, and worth every penny. Our group has used park and ride for previous trips… Never again. Action Limousine will be taking care of the trip for us from here on out!

Action Limousine was incredibly prompt and professional. They kept incredibly close watch on departure and arrival times, texted my clients that were arriving to let them know the name of the driver and the latest on the flight details, and were top notch in all they did. 100% recommend them. I love Action Limo — they have done 3 of the bachelorette parties I have attended. Always professional even when we weren’t and the drivers will take you wherever you want to go, even if you have to stop at the gas station for cigarettes on your way to the club!

All I can say is WOW! This limo service brought a great experience to me over the past weekend. As with any limo service it’s kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. The driver was on time and at my disposal when I needed him as well as a great companion to talk to until you picked up your other guest (s). I will be definitely using this service again in the future but except I’m going to get the stretch hummer next time instead of the Lincoln stretch. I like using something like this for myself and a «special» guest and not for a car full. Of course you bring your own alcoholic refreshments, movies, or music that you would like to listen to. I definitely love the «privacy’ window to separate the driver from you and your guest. I had mine Saturday night for 6 and a half hours so you’ll know what you’ll end up spending for the night. At booking time you have the option to pay half then the other half when they show up or pay all at once. You do however need a credit card for this as I don’t think cash is accepted.

Action Limo has helped us out on numerous occassions. Prompt and Professional. We always think of Action first.

We used Action Limousine for our honeymoon airport transportation and we could not have been happier with them. The entire experience was so relaxing, not having to deal with parking at ATL was so wonderful. We changed our return flight and Action Limousine had no problem accommodating us even though we arrived a day early and at midnight. I can’t wait for the next event where we get to use Action!
