History

Established in 2014.

Veena recognized the healing nature of Coastal Marin, its arts community and its sustainable community values were a true match for her dedication eco councious service and products. After 12 years as Body Continuum in Sacramento and 14 years as a Certified Massage Therapist, Veena decided it was time to come to the coast and offer services in a location where after the session, the self healing and care could be further supported. Coastal marin offers beautiful views, fresh air, the soothing sounds of birds and water and wonderful local fare.

From wanting to design green homes and community centers I recognized early in my college carrer that I needed to start with the body. I was being called to work with people not paper, computers and structure. As I began to learn massage my own journey of self care and healing started. I recognized the value of a held space and my passion for design and comfort still came through my work. I used to believe that a well designed space supported life and that if peoples spaces were better designed then ease, grace and creativity would fill there lives. I later realized that this is true for only some time that a deeper alignment in the mind and body is needed first.

Over the past 14 years I have provided massage to every age, size and walk of life. I have recognized that what I consistently offer most is inner stillness. My intuitive skills and listening hands guide me as I work with your body. Unraveling the layers of tension, fear, worry, frustration or dis-​ease.
