THE BEST REALTOR EVER. That about sums it up. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and assertive on my behalf, but low pressure for me — absolutely phenomenal. I had no prior experience with Mike, but have dealt with 5 realtors in the past 20 years. Mike was by far a step above. Great marketing plan and wasn’t afraid to spend money to prepare my home for sale (professional staging, professional photographer, large colored postcards in addition to sign, extensive marketing plan, etc). I would absolutely recommend him. Mike also helped me to find the perfect home in a highly competitive school district at a great price, by keeping his eye on listing before they hit the market. He absolutely went above and beyond and I would not consider another realtor after my experience in working with him.
