Not my favorite. Service is good, atmosphere is nice but food is just ok. Never bad, but definitely not dazzling. I love the Italian sodas & spinach artichoke dip.

We went there last night. The food was bland and all the same. It has really gone down hill in the last few years. All the pastas seem to have the same white sauce, the Caesars salad was not good either. They used to play Italian music, now it is 80s pop music. All in all I would go to Olive Garden over this place.

I’ve been here a couple times. Everything I’ve ordered is always very greasy and gross. It’s too pricey for the quality of food you’re getting. Also, it’s not as kid-friendly as Eskimo Joe’s or Mexico Joe’s. If you’re visiting OSU, skip this place.

Wasn’t impressed. Soup and salad for me. Can’t really mess that up when they are likely using bagged salad. Dining partner had spaghetti and seemed to be happy with it, but you would have to work hard to mess that up, too. The ravioli with pomodoro and asparagus was«okay.» Ravioli itself tasted like any type you can buy frozen at the grocery store and throw into boiling water. Our server must have been new. Sweet, but, should be trained not to ask people if they are thinking about dessert when they haven’t even made it half way through their meal and… to not deliver the check before people are finished eating. I don’t imagine she was rushing us out of there, since it wasn’t very busy at the time. Just anxious/inexperienced. Although I am not a fan of chain restaurants when I am out of town because I like to sample local fare, I would prefer Olive Garden over this place. High ceilings = loud atmosphere.

Went to dinner here last night. I thought the décor was very impressive. The service was good, although the waitress checked in on us much more than I prefer. She also mad made a bad mistake of trying to pull someone’s plate while they were still eating. I mean really., she had a for in hand with food on the fork. Speaking of food… my dinner mates loved their meals(Shrimp Florentine & Fettuccini Alfredo). I had the May special– Cheese Ravioli Pomodoro with Chicken. It was mediocre at best. Quite honestly it was probably the worst ravioli I’ve had. It’s right up there with lean Cuisine. Thank God for the Pomodoro and chicken to disguise the bad ravioli. So why the three stars instead of two? The others really enjoyed their meals and maybe I was tired or too critical. Stillwater is a small town and I’m probably not going to find my best Italian food there. If there is ever a next time, I’ll try something different.

Very good authentic Italian food. Out of all the«joe’s» restaurants, it was the best!

I did like the food this time but quantity is a big issue. I needed a box last time but this time it was not enough at all.

This place used to suck really, really bad… guaranteed diarrhea. I refused to eat here for years but would get dragged kicking and screaming from time to time. Then, I won a gift certificate. I reluctantly decided to go as it had been a couple of years. Wow, something happened. Somebody must have scrapped the entire kitchen and started over. The food is now really good and no more diarrhea! So happy about this and the biggest restaurant turn-around ever. Well done mystery person. And it turns out I’m not alone that shares this exact experience with them going from crap to tops. And the beer selection… best in town for restaurants. I guarantee it. I just wish they would extend this beer knowledge/taste to the other Joe sites as well. Eskimo Joe’s has the worst beer selections, why then does Joseppi’s have such a superior palette… who knows.

Again I am pleased with a «Joes» restaurant service and atmosphere, but the food is subpar. Excellent waiter, attention to all our needs, but the food was just blah. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan that was on the menu, but they have discontinued that item so I ordered the chicken parmesan. It was OK, but just not tasty. Their marinara is far too sweet and just tastes like they poured tomato paste straight out of the can. Others at my table had steaks that were fair but the sides were lacking in flavor and proper preparation. I am not a fan of Mexico Joes for the food reason, Eskimo Joes is good if you are into greasy foods(I am). I’m disappointed that the Joes restaurants do not do a better job in the kitchen.

Joseppi’s is just an Americanized Italian restaurant. If you want traditional Italian food don’t expect it here. The food is good(great bread), but it’s slightly overpriced and you feel like you’re eating in a mix of Olive Garden and Disneyland.

A little overpriced in my opinion, but yummy food. Also, until they built Da Vinci’s and Olive Garden, this was the only Italian food in Stillwater. The have pretty good pasta dishes, but don’t get a steak here. Good place for dates and special occasions.

Joesppi’s fast food style Italian kitchen, but that name was too long for the sign. All in all it’s not bad, it’s a little pricey for what you get but hey you didn’t have to cook it or clean it up yourself. Everything I have had is ok. The could use some practice on their oil based sauces, it’s super hard to mess those up. That said, I can’t say they mess it up, but I also can’t say they get it right. Kids love to eat this place. It’s ameteur enough on their palate that they eat it without turning their noses up.

Not the most authentic Italian food, but some very inspired Food Newrk-ish reimaginations of Italian staples cleverly executed and worth the visit. The nachos are excellent and unique, with some won ton-esque chips and flavorful asiago cheese sauce, and the pear & Gorgonzola pizza was fantastic. Superior service helped make this a gem in Stillwater dining.

It’s very pricey for the portions, but the bread was hot and the chicken parm was delicious. My friend did not like the pasta dish he got, as he said the pasta was overcooked and cold. I’d go back to give it another chance.

Let’s just say food in Stillwater is lacking. That said, Joseppis is one place where you can get pretty decent«Italian» food but it will cost you a pretty penny. I used to grab a handful of the dinner mints on my way out.
