Empowering the lives of Stillwater-area individuals through listening, compassion, and understanding
Life can be full of struggles. Stress can occur in many forms. Some symptoms, like sleep difficulties, are experienced by most everyone. Other symptoms may be part of a more serious disorder. Distress can create problems at work, with family and friends, or cause mood problems.
Counseling is helpful in many ways to reduce stress, strengthen one’s self-esteem, explore identity changes, or recover from a more serious disorder. Counseling can also help relationships and improve one’s ability to work. I create a safe and trusting atmosphere in which feelings can be expressed and self understanding can occur.
Let me help you on your ‘road’ to improvement.
