Established in 2012.

David Funck has lived in the St. Paul Area for more than 30 years. He has been a real estate professional for more than 14 years. He became a Realtor three years ago to provide high quality, professional Realtor service. David has taken advantage of specialized certification. His training as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), allows David to focus his business on needs of seniors and their families when moving from their long-​time homes.

He’ll give you his honest opinion. If he sees a potential problem, he’ll share that thought instead of letting you go ahead with a decision that might not be beneficial. He also prepares an Estimate of Proceeds both at the time of listing and when reviewing offers. As a seller, you need to know what a given purchase price means to you after all is said and done so that you can make an informed decision. He will help you work through that process.
