I have been a fan of Carbones, locust street, Hudson location since i was a kid, I thought let’s check out Stillwater’s spot. We shared the cheese bread with red sauce and white sauce for dipping. The white sauce was ummmmm not so good — it was Bertoli’s from a jar… disgusting! However, the red sauce was delicious. The pizza was a bit under-​cooked, but tasty.
