History

Established in 1985.

Robert «Bob» Brown has been practicing bankruptcy in Stillwater, Oklahoma for over 30 years, including 20 years with his wife, (retired) attorney Teresa Brown. He has an active debtor practice and also serves as 1 of only 9 United States Department of Justice Chapter 7 Trustees for the Western District of Oklahoma. He has administered over 10,000 cases and has helped thousands of local residents find financial peace.

Attorney Kim Kramer has been licensed for over 15 years and moved back into private practice in 2010 after a decade working at LexisNexis Headquarters in Ohio as a Sr. Legal Research Consultant. Kim is dedicated to helping clients find their path to debt relief with professionalism and compassion. She is currently serving as President of Payne Co. Bar Association.
