Lori is wonderful! She cut my hair for the first time today and I am very satisfied! She took the time to listen to how I like my hair and get to know how my hair is. She went out of her way to help me out and I am so thankful for that! I am very picky with my hair and I would definitely recommend Lori! She is caring, personable, and great at what she does! This was my first haircut since moving to Stillwater. I will not go anywhere else now. Lori was amazing. Very ready to listen to everything I said I wanted about my hair, very willing to fix anything I didn’t like, and just easy to talk to. If you are wanting a good place to get your hair cut, this is the place to go.

I’ve just moved to Oklahoma from Portland, Oregon. I had the same stylist cut my hair for 15 years. You can imagine how scary it is to try to find someone new to cut your hair. Read the reviews of the Barcelona Salon on Unilocal and decided to try it. Lori cut my hair today, and I am very happy! She took time before cutting my hair to ask a lot of questions about my hair, and really listened to me. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone looking for a good stylus.

Writing this about my mom’s wonderful experience. I live in Los Angeles. My mom lives in Enid. I wanted to get her a gift card for a haircut, but it was hard to find Unilocal reviews for hair salons in Oklahoma. Settled with Lori at Barcelona Salon in Stillwater (my hometown!), and so glad we did! I paid for the gift certificate over the phone, and Lori was so nice. She even mailed it directly to my mom.
Mom texted me this morning that she LOVES her hair, that Lori was very sweet and listened to everything she said. She will definitely go back and now I get to be mom’s favorite daughter! Sorry, sis! ;) Haha. Thanks Lori!!!

I have been using Rita Hubbard now for five years (starting when she worked at La Ritz), and will still continue to use her despite my moving to Tulsa.
What to expect when you request Rita:
–AMAZING PRICE: Rita is very loyal to her clients; she has charged me the same low price for highlights and cuts (much less than anyone else in town). If there is certain product I need, Rita will order it for me. She is not trying to rip anyone off. Rita is an honest, hard-​working old-​school gal who is proud of her work.
–GREAT CONVERSATION! I really look forward to my appt to catch up with easy-​going lady! I know people joke about hair dressers being therapists, but you really can tell Rita anything and she casts no judgement, I just LOVE HER.
–QUICK APPOINTMENT: Some hair stylists have a hard time talking and cutting at the same time, but Rita just whips out those foils and cut in no time:)
–NATURAL LOOKING HIGHLIGHTS (GREAT PRODUCT: Rita uses highlight mix that doesn’t damage or dry out my blonde hair like other stylists I have used)! Some girls like the chunky, light highlights, but I prefer natural, thin highlights. Rita always deep conditions my hair after processing to keep it sleek and healthy!
Anyone who has Rita do their hair is a walking billboard advertisement for her. I get so many compliments on my hair and highlights that I have to carry Rita’s business card in my purse. Almost all my girlfriends use her now!

Lori is so great, she spends a lot of time and is fun to talk with. She makes every client her friend by the time the first appointment is finished.
My hair looks great, wish I’d found this place sooner. Probably leaving Stillwater soon, but hope to get one more haircut here before I go. Who knows, I might just make an occasional trip out here for haircare.

Lori is the best person I’ve had cut my hair so far. She is the first person who I’ve genuinely felt has had expertise in mens hair and taken the time to do it right.
At your first appointment she schedules more time with you so she can get to know your hair type, and help you to realize what styles are the most achievable with your hair. She’s really nice, remembers like everything about you, and takes her time on your hair. I’ve never felt rushed and she makes sure it’s a masterpiece before you leave. When I told her how I wanted it, a style that conflicted with my fine hair she made it in such a way that I could still pull it off.
After years of mediocre haircuts in Wichita Falls and Stillwater, it’s been a real joy to go to Lori.

I was new to Stillwater and looked for salon and found great review about Lori and so I called to schedule an appointment. She was very friendly and told me she likes to schedule extra time with first time customers so she could «get to know your hair». I had never had anyone do that before, I was impressed. And she played with my hair and talked to me about how my hair acts before taking out the scissors. She cut my hair dry the first visit and then washed it and styled it. I loved her personality and her professionalism, also loved the cut. Went back and had cut and highlights and went a little shorter this time and absolutely love it. It is stacked a little bit in the back and it always lays so nice. I highly recommend Lori, you won’t be sorry.

The first haircut I got after moving to Stillwater was really, really bad. The kind of bad where I’m afraid to let someone else mess with it and make it worse, so I just let it grow and look horrible forever. After that, I found a girl I liked but didn’t love, but after she moved away after a year, I was without a stylist again. (I know, you’re saying get to the point.)
After that, I found Lori. She made sense of my ramblings about what I thought I wanted my hair to look like. She remembers me even when I go a long time btween haircuts and is friendly and talkative without being too chatty. And she does a beautiful haircut. Everything I could want in a stylist! Love her and am very sad to be moving in a few months and starting from scratch again.
