History

Established in 2013.

Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai is the newest member of the Vinart Family of Dealerships. Vinart purchased the Hyundai franchise from it’s former owner Muller Hyundai. The purchase was completed in July of 2013. Vinart is a family owned business with it’s headquarters located in Emmaus Pennsylvania.

We pride ourselves on bringing integrity to the automotive industry. We are serious about customer satisfaction. Our staff is our most important asset, we entrust them with making decisions that have the customers best interest in mind. Although the owner and management staff is always available, they are not needed to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction. Although we are not perfect, we try to be and we believe it shows.

My husband called last week to inquire about a used Lincoln Town Car. Dealer said they’d put it on hold & confirmed with an email. He drove 1 ½ hours from Philadelphia. When he arrived, he was told the car had been sold. Staff wasn’t apologetic at all. No one contacted him to let him know (even though they had his phone number) before he made the trip.

Had my 09 accent in there multiple times for service they rotates my tires but didn’t fill them up properly and were supposed to wash my car and didn’t. Estimate for brake pads and rotors was almost 600 total rip off with horrible techs. Also got an estimate there to replace muffler straps at 400 went to another place had it done for 120. Place is a complete rip off and they are very slow with oil changes and don’t call to let you know when it is done. Never buy a car here or get it serviced here it’s terrible.

Had problem with 2011 elantra starting and hard transmission shifting going through gears intermittently .
Had it there a couple times and they saris, since they can’t reproduce it.
There is nothing they can do!
Had it in again and they told me it was transmission fluid needed to be replaced.
Got home and read about Sonatas recalled for trans cable.
Recall by National Highway transportation safety council…

I bought my car there while it was under the old ownership. I was hesitant to go there for service, however, they are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help. They are friendly & fast. They also helped me out when I had a low tire and took my car in right away. I often go with no appointment and have been serviced promptly. I would take my car there any time. Feel very comfortable with their service.

So after being a regular customer in their maintenance shop over the past few years I mingled over to the showroom and was overwhelmed by the new car smell (Yankee Candle needs to make a new car candle).
I was greeted by Donnie who asked if I wanted to look at a new car and I said no and as we talked I said I was going to be waiting for my car for awhile. He said then let’s go for a ride in a car because he didn’t mind. Well that is where I fell in love. I told him many times I wasn’t buying. He said that’s fine.
Well I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and my payments stayed the same as my 2010 and wow what a difference a few years make.
I do not like pressure and during the negotiations I told him my son needs to look at the numbers. The manager Eric and Donnie said, no problem. They held the car for me until the following day. My son came in and said Mom, it seems like a good deal. All of the numbers made sense and I just appreciate the fact that they allowed me to wait a day.
I can’t believe I’m saying this but I left a car dealership feeling like I got a good deal and I’ve owned at least 15 new cars in my life.
Thank you to Donnie, Eric and Nick in the sales department. I always enjoy seeing Anita at the service area and Rob the manager has been like another son to me.
