Dave Hyson is a seventh-​generation York County native. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Masters in Engineering and Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Dave’s prior real estate experience includes owning and operating a property management company with more than 100 units.

Well-​Versed in All Phases of Real Estate

Dave is well-​versed in the sales and marketing of residential real estate, as well as investment real estate. In fact, he has been personally involved in the selling and buying of more than 100 homes! In addition, he’s been involved in all types of residential real estate projects, from basic remodeling to complete rehab projects.

Involvement

Dave has previously served on the board of York Habitat for Humanity as the Building and Site Selection committee chair. He is also an elder with his church, Hopewell Presbyterian of Felton, an Eagle Scout, and a graduate of York County School of Technology.
