Established in 1983.

ECC was originally formed in 1983 to facilitate the design, implementation, and administration of non-​qualified executive benefit programs. ECC sought to bring together knowledgeable professionals with extensive experience in executive compensation and non-​qualified benefit planning. Over the past decade, ECC has evolved from a pure, non-​qualified benefit administration company, to a national leader in innovative executive compensation and non-​qualified benefit arrangements for both for-​profit and non-​profit industries.

Hugh A. Mallon III is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Compensation Concepts, Ltd. (ECC).

ECC provides consultation services in the compensation and compliance services for the most senior and responsible position holders within nonprofit organizations. In addition, the firm is nationally recognized for its expertise in compliance proofing the total compensation arrangement for the Internal Revenue Code sections 4958-​Intermediate Sanction, 409A and similar requirements Through his thirty-​eight year career, Hugh’s knowledge and practical experience in compensation and non-​qualified benefit planning has been a unique and valuable resource for the firm’s clients and their trusted advisors.
