B & E Nails

I always get the gel shellac nails here. I find that it stays on my nails for a few weeks before it starts to chip, but the customer service could be better. Many of the staff members talk on their phones the whole time, but they typically do a good job

I have come to B&E for a couple years now, and have never felt the need to complain. They generally do a wonderful job! Tiffany is absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend her to anyone!
Although, today when I went in to get a pedicure, I was far from pleased. A lady that I have never seen in there before is the one that did my nails. I am not kidding, it looks like a 3 year old pained my nails. I am so disappointed. Maybe I will have to start reconsidering where I get my nails done, if the help they hire is going to perform this way.

The pro of B and E is that it is cleaner than some of the other places in the area. I stopped in for a pedicure and the chairs were nice, but the tech rushed though it, talking on the phone and generally just ignoring me. The paint job was very mediocre and I feel that the price was on the high side for what I received.

Not sure why they got bad reviews chairs were awesome for pedi’s and went in with my wife and son they took us immediately even though they were slightly busy. All three of our pedi’s were just as good as anywhere else we have been if not better than most. Staff was super friendly and the place was very clean with reasonable prices.

Never ever again. Went on a Monday I was the only customer. Never asked if I wanted a manicure (which I did and didn’t get) never asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure (which I would have but didn’t get). The owner waited on me my pedicure was so poor it chipped the next day. He couldn’t wait to get outside and smoke and get on his phone he left me in the pedicure chair with no direction no hey wait here 5 minutes. I finally got up and put my own shoes on and then he came in from
His smoke break to charge me. Horrible service. Much better places with the same price

I have given this places too many tries to try and impress me. This last time ruined it. I got my shellac nails done on a Thursday afternoon and by Saturday I had half of a nail peeling off. They’re not open on Sundays so I had to wait until today to get them repaired; well I’m not going a day, looking dumb with one nail missing. So I peeled them all off. Mind you, they came off super easily. Bad product.
Two other reasons why it’s a one star–
1– He was texting the entire appointment. Don’t think he said one word.
2– The kids are running around and screaming during your appointment.
Don’t go here. Unprofessional, bad service, bad product.
Oh and I just called to complain to get my money back and he said all he can do is fix one nail. Well too bad, I already peeled them all off.
Never again. Hope no one else will either.

If you go to these kind of places fairly regularly, you will be okay with it. It is not a salon, but you aren’t paying salon prices either. There are five large chairs and one kid size. Large space … four tech (two guys, one of guys’ wife, and the mom). Adorable family with family portraits along walls. We went for a day with nieces and sisters in laws and made appts for all of us to have mani-​pedi. They were able to accommodate all of us in a decent amt of time and we had the place to ourselves on a Wed afternoon.

$ 25 for a pedicure, they will try to get you to add on other services. Pretty good, great massage chairs. My complaint is that many don’t speak English.
