Had a new roof put on a year ago, due to the recent hail storm that pass through the area, R&R came out and let me know I had hail damage to my roof new or old, hail damage still effects new roofs. I called my insurance company, and they agreed that I had damages, and paid for full roof replacement. I let R&R do the work, and they were with me every step of the way. Great job!

One of their salesmen was going door to door in our neighborhood this week. He told my husband we needed a new roof. My husband responded that the roof, soffit and gutters had been redone 3 years ago. The salesman said, «Well, I see issues,» and handed him a slick brochure. Well, I see a scam. If you’re a reputable business in this situation, you’d ask if we needed any remodeling done. You don’t assert that someone needs work they don’t need. Now I’d never consider doing business with them, pretty folder and slick brochure notwithstanding.

They came to my door, on 3 different occasions, soliciting business. I told them that we just had a new roof put on 4 years ago. Each time, the 2 males were aggressive,; one man tried to pull open my screen door. They were insistent that I needed a new roof although I had already checked it for damage. I posted a «no solicitors» sign on my door & they still bothered me. When I told them to get off my property or I’d call the police, they dumped all their fast food trash in my driveway.
Also, they called me at least 3 times on the phone, claiming one of their men had been on my roof & it was a mess. The salesman became so obnoxious that I hung up twice.
Unprofessional, bullying, rude– not a way to get our business!
