Lotus SmartSuite, Lotus 123, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Accountant 2012, Quicken, Expedition, Internet Explorer, Google, Google Chrome, Google Calendar, Typing, ten-​key, data entry and transcription.

After taking time off to raise my kids, I wanted to offer a service to small business owners in this struggling economy a way to reduce small business overhead and increase business owners time increasing their income. By offering a low cost pay by project administrative support. I have my own office space, supplies and equipment. I communicate with my clients efficiently through phone, fax, email, overnight mail and online. My services are cost effective, making your overhead manageable since you have the choice to use my services only when you need it.

I bring 17 years experience to my business. I have attended Adult Education classes for Secretarial Practices and Procedures, as well as Bookkeeping and Accounting College courses. I started at The Oxford Group advertising as a Receptionist in San Diego, CA. I performed normal duties, such as answering phones, making copies, setting up the conference room for meetings and any administrative tasks needed by the Account Executives. Finally landing a position with PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc. as a Office Manager, in Escondido, CA. managed 2 location for a time Escondido, CA and Fontana, CA. Then moved to Fontana full time. I was in charge of timesheet/​payroll, account receivables, account payables. I also created a quality control data base for utility pole change outs, as well as Foreman Safety manuals for in the field. I am now Owner/​President of LMS Assist You LLC. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality, detailed administrative support for small businesses.
