History

Established in 1988.

Todd Grunwaldt, AIA founded this business back in 1988, as he wanted to have more control over project management and the ability to run his own business. In late 2013 he merged companies with Jim Halverson, PE a structural engineer based our of Black River Falls. Both are registered in Wisconsin, and have extensive background in many different areas, having worked in Wisconsin and much of the mid-​west.

Business Owner

Todd Grunwaldt, AIA is a Wisconsin registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He has extensive background in overall project management and administration for 30 years. Todd specializes in health care, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Other areas of expertise include churches, banks, municipal centers, schools and hospitality.
